Here's another guy to attack for GDP. He also has some oil, and only 3k troops.

I am so incredibly tempted to attack someone that has almost 2000 GDP despite them being in an alliance because I'm pretty sure they are inactive. We shall see though, I am going to watch their page for a while and if I see nothing changing I will probably strike them out.

If you feel like it, the oil would be nice. Its not a big deal if you don't want to.

I couldn't find anyone at all. Unless you attack someone in an alliance.

I guess that is when you shell out for growth.
