Goddamnit, this place is a frakking maze.  There's no hope of finding anything just wandering around, we need to get a security card.  How about we take out that guard watching the TV, take his security card, and use it to access the plans of the building?"

Go back and warn the others about the Dread Mothers

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

That'll start the clock, for sure. We know that the mainframe is in the basement, and we know that there's a spiral staircase that goes down. It's a step in the right direction, yeah? Or we could try to sneak up to the reception desk, though that's risky as hell.

Peek into garage.

"Hmm, good point.  Also, seen any good places to plant those explosives yet?"

Gather with the others.

"Man, this place sucks. Not a bit of direction in sight. Damn it."

Take a look down the right door (the most northern one). Follow it sneakily if nothing is immediately hostile or troubling down that way.

Your exploration comes to a quick end when you hit a door right around the corner. A keycard reader in installed next to the steel door, longing for a card. On the door is painted 'LAB GARAGE'.

Peek into garage.

The garage door is sealed! Perhaps the keypad would be of use... if you had a key.

"Good boy, oh and about what you were about to say. Impress me and you might be surprised how willing I am to reward you."

Winking at him teasingly she then walks off pulling him along behind her.

Go find somewhere to train with my new friend, find out what he can do and what equipment he has.

(( His stats, weapons and armor. ))

He raises his eyebrow in a 'are you serious?' kind of manner before following. You make your way to one of the dead end seal off points of the old metro, a good place for sparring.

Harold Badge has very good strength, good endurance, decent agility, bad perception, terrible intelligence, and terrible charisma. He has never cast a spell and has average luck.

He owns a cell near the Cistern, where he stores his meagre belongings. He has no real armour, a combat knife, and a ballistic magnum.

Look around the area for any criminals, if I find any then move in on them if not then spend the dat sparting to improve agility.

Well, this is the Depths. Most folk you meet here are criminals. They do most of their criminal-ing up above ground, though. As such, you find no one in the act. So, you spend the day sparring instead. For the first few hours, Harold doesn't complain. But as the day goes on, he becomes weary.

Come to think of it, do you know any other fighters who'd be interested in my little deal of working with me to make money?

Alright boys and girls, we need either a key or a hack if we want to get anywhere. A guard's key might get us somewhere, but I doubt it'll get us all the way to the mainframe. Thoughts?

"

"The wrong side of the law? Which one is that again?" he laughs. "I only hit the schmucks I run into that I can beat. Old people and the kind. I'm not gonna mess with any hardened criminals for some cash. And yeah I got some people in mind. They're not as patient as me, though. They'll want cash quick, and more than you can get from mugging."

Head back to Armoth, utilizing utmost sneakiness.

"The north door leads to the lab garage, it needs a key. So, I'm thinking we should take down some guards first of all, or at least steal their belongings."

"Sounds like a plan, as there is no other way through.  I say we take out the guard at the TV, as he is on his own."

Ready knife.

"Then they need to learn some patience."

Go look for a victim to mug, preferably a wimpy criminal.

Might be better to drug him. Giant fucking blood pools in the halls aren't the most subtle, you know?

((Is anyone roughly the same build as the guard? Can we tell?))
