Well, let's say you're going away from Earth on huge spaceship and suddenly shit goes wrong and you have Super Mutants. Social Experiments prepared them for this.

Smash creepy capitalist TV!

You are unable to hold back your destructive thoughts nor your hate for cute things. You smash the television readily. With a electric pop, it falls from the wall mount, destroyed. Hopefully your new broker didn't like that TV very much.

Turgidly-Ululate looks over his fellow Sellswords with what he believes is a piercing, intimidating gaze, but actually involves just drawing his eyelids back as far as possible, widening his eyes and essentially bugging them out at the uncomprehending group.

"I GREET YOU ALL," he states, his voice peculiarly, theatrically raised. "SOME CALL ME BRAVELY-HIJACK, BUT YOU MAY CALL ME JACK," he says, notably straining his vocal apparatus as he attempts an adventurous-sounding greeting. His voice breaks a bit at the end, and as a result he doesn't quite manage to say the name "Jack" with quite the oomph he had hoped for.
A woman with a sword greet back "Hello Jack, my name is Hawk Malice."

The being standing over the TV rubble replies.

"HAWK MALICE. HAWK MALICE."

Damn it, he's been one-upped at least once right there. This really isn't going as planned, Turgidly-Ululate thinks.

"I AM PLEASED TO-" he begins, but is broken up by an inevitable coughing fit. After exactly three and a half seconds of coughing his lungs out, he continues, albeit in a more subdued fashion.

"-ahem. Hawk Malice. Pleased to meet you. And you, Heavy Weapons Guy."

Get a piece of candy, preferably something that looks like a lozenge, and eat it.

Audacious Flit idly plucked a stray feather from her arm with her teeth, waiting for whatever was going to happen. She was on the side of an ambush of some sort.

When asked, she provided her name.

"Audacious flit. I'm a combat medic...and, I wonder how we all got stuck together...some sort of joke, yes."

She didn't like working with psychopaths. Nope.

Action: Shoot the breeze. Preen.

Accompanied with the noise of grinding machinery, the wall that used to hold the television begins moving. It splits open in the middle, parting the wall and retracting it to the side. What is revealed is a wall sized screen, that momentarily plays 'Kwaa~', before switching to a much different scene. A man, with short, greying hair, and bright green eyes stares at the Sellswords. He wears a fine suit, a baby blue suit. He smiles, a somewhat creepy smile, but genuine.

"Hello, friends. My good friends... I am the one that called you here today. They call me 'the Kid', for my tastes, you see," he pauses for a moment, takes a piece of candy, and chews on it for a few seconds before continuing. "Please, take a seat if you haven't already, and we can get down to business. Or stand. You're the boss here," he chuckles, waiting for anyone to take a seat if they so wished. Now, I called you all here today under a few assumptions. I assumed you wanted to be rich, famous, and even more skilled at your trade. I assumed you wanted more than minor assassinations and guard duty jobs. I assumed you wanted to be a true Sellsword. If I assumed wrong, you may leave now..." he waits for a bit to allow anyone to leave.

"Good... good. I would like to be your broker, my friends, of you'd allow it. I will find you missions that suit your... talents. If you carry them out, you will be payed handsomely. How does that sound to you?"

"It sounds great to me! I love money and I love being great at what I do! It's a match made in heaven!"

However, after considering the offer a moment, he figures out there's something he needs to know.

"You're not gonna stiff us on payments, are you? Or take absurd commissions, right?"

Ask.

He chuckles a bit before responding. Don't worry about that, my friend. I'll only take what is proportional to the effort it took me to secure the mission in the first place. At this stage of the game, I'll likely only take ten percent.

Your limited knowledge of broker dealings tells you that this is a fair deal. Usually they take up to fifteen percent. At least, that's what you think.

Punch Malice.

((I didn't see what he posted, but does his redaction effect your decision to punch his character?))
