But it seems that all of us are in need of a job, and that no one can afford a ship on his own. Maybe we could begin a sort of multi-purpose enterprise. Trading, scavenging, taking people or stuff from one side to another. That could be something to begin with.

He then turned again to Charles:

About your question, no, I don't have experience of any sorts with EVA, but you had some, right?

"True, but working together with anyone is better than working by yourself."

"True. As for your question, yes, I do have experience in EVA. Now lets see... If we can get a shit heap for 600k, split four ways thats what, 150k each? Or do we have enough for 350k or so each?"

"Just a bit short of 350k. I can do some EVA, as it was part of the mandatory marine training. But I'm not an engineer. At all."

It seems that I'm speaking with rich people here! I have nothing more than 100k. A least, from the local currency.

The barkeep fiddles around under the counter and produces two small plastic cups of clear liquid. She puts them on the table in front of Charles.
"That's one shot and one water. 4 Credits please."

She turns to Asgarus.
"You had better pay up before you leave."

Charles chucks four Credits on the counter and takes the drinks."Thanks. (turning back to the group) Well, I have around 270,000 credits, along with another thousand Bux, so I can almost pull my weight. If there is any construction work going on up here I may be able to get my share soon. If only we had a fifth member, that would make it much faster, and cheaper. Besides, more hands is always good. Now, who wants to see what drink is what? I drink one, you drink the other. The winner is the one with water and gets three bux."

Not counting the barkeep, we are currently five in this tavern. Maybe that Tkunanai who is a bit nervous wouldn't mind joining us? He seems to be in a hurry, likely caused by debts. That's always the most probable cause.

"True. (directed at the dude) Hey buddy! wana join us? Theres a drink in it if you do. Dunno if its water or ethanol, but if you get the water you get some coin."

*Asgarus pays the drink and takes a careful sip, avoiding the thing swimming in it*

He then speaks up toward the group:
"May I interrupt? It seems you plan to buy a ship and get away from this place.
I could help you out with some money, if you take me with you.
I'm sure I would be a good addition to the crew, at least for the time I'm on board."

*Asgarus seems to think about saying more, but obviously decides against it*
