((We have writing material with us, right?))
Write a short note detailing the situation, or at least what we know of it, and leave it for the demoness. Say that we'll be coming back shortly. Leave the dungeon and try to find some basic medical supplies, and anything else that could be useful.

IIRC, the dungeons are randomised, we would probably never find her again. Try guessing at her name, saying each guess aloud. Let's start with... Aliah, then work our way through the alphabet.

Try to gently wake her
No, not playing that sleeping princess game, please. But calling out to her in our voice ought to have some effect, right? No slaps to the face either, lest she takes the wrong notice.

If she does not wake after another half an hour, despite our calling - take her out

Of the dungeon, obviously. We already got far more than we bargained for when we entered. This better be good, but hey.

+1, but just grab another armful of crystals, get her, and hightail it out of here, We can do the sleeping beauty routine in the safety of a building that doesn't want to screw with our heads.

Right. Waiting around here much longer is just asking for trouble, so trying to wake her up one last time before leaving is probably a good idea. Question is, how should I-

Aliah

-go about doing... Wait, she just moved! Apparently those burns aren't slowing her down as much as I'd have guessed, as a few seconds later the demoness is on her feet. And... Er... Just kind of standing there, staring at me. That's rather creepy actually. Still, somebody has to break the silence, and apparently it won't be her: "Er. Hello there? You think you can walk?"

"I am yours to command, master."

"...Master? What? Why?" ...aaaand she's silent again. Great. One moment promising obedience, the next she's just staring again.

This is somewhat too good to be true, no?
I fear that it might only be a limited obidience, so make sure there are no drawbacks.

"Well, at least you seem.. healthy again. Thats good for a first. As for this obedience you speak of, if you want so, here shall be a command to test you;" (Being nice should not hurt. Nope, it really should not. )

"I Order you to reveal all the rules and regulations of your obedience, the reason I have obtained it, nebst to reasons as to how I could lose it - obviously it is to be done on paper, presuming you are capable of human writing" (Take note to say it in one sentence, lest it be counted as multiple commands - wich just could use up our limited supply.)

Yes... that... that should do, right? Sure enough, if we only have one single permissionable command to give her, it will be over. Better than angering her, or making wishes come true out of our own lifeforce. True enough, might only be a peasant rumor, but even those sometimes have an inkling of truth to them.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

+1 And should the laws governing commands be favorable, command in these exact words.

In the event that I say the words "Speak your mind" You will begin to converse, in English, as though this binding was null and void including voicing any opinions or desires regarding your condition, situation, or emotional state. this will be done in an orderly manner, and you will use no vocal magics during this time, should you have any. furthermore upon me saying "silence Aliah" while you are following this command You will return to your previous state of complete obedience and ceace any vocalizatins that would arise from your following the previous command.

The demoness suddenly tilted her head, as if listening to something I can't hear. A moment's wait and she's speaking again, though it's complete gibberish: "You are overthinking this, master. I am the first of three, sent to aid you and your... Avatar, I think would be the word. If there are more complex rules than that I do not know them. The system is too damaged for me to say much more, though the other two might be less injured."

...Um. Maybe she isn't totally sane? She seems to be just ignoring me entirely, and speaking to thin air. Almost starting to regret investigating that explosion, she could be dangerous if I make a wrong move.

Thimothy: say "This is a demonstration sentence. She is communicating with the entity causing you to say this."

Is that correct, Aliah?
