BTW, I'm fairly sure you won't be able to fit all that stuff into your warehouse before selling.

Warehouse space only matters at the end of the turn.

And that's why Survey, Production and Trade played-bonus should be buffed up to something irreplaceable, as the other bonuses are right now. Also, my reserved colonist isn't showing.
