@evilcherry: You're at 6 resources by the end of the turn, and you only have warehouse space for 5. If you end the turn this way, you'll have to discard one. Do you want to buy one less Basic Goods this round?

For the Basic Goods? Yes, the contract is only used if that item is unavailable when you want to buy it.

Colonization: Take a Skilled guy

Build: Build a Farm. Staff it with an Unskilled guy.

Production: Triple farms, plus the Harvester and University.
