I'll take a Skilled colonist.
Build a Harvester.
Put the Skilled colonist to work in the Colony Center and an Unskilled colonist in the Harvester. Keep an Unskilled colonist in the Farm.

Grab a skilled colonist.
Build a Goods Factory.
Move the unskilled from the colony Center in the goods Factory, and the skilled colonist in the Colony Center.

And now, an offer to everyone. I will buy basic raw resources for an average of whatever the trade buy/sell is for that round. If we're not allowed to work with .5 wealth, then it will alternate between 1 above and 1 below.

If someone were to produce a basic raw in the production phase, would they be able to trade it to me and I turn it into a basic good in the same production phase?

I'll reserve an expert, grab a skilled (duh) and build a harvester, then during organization I'll swap the unskilled in CC for the skilled I just got.

I'll reserve an expert as well, if there's an expert to reserve.

Yes.

Dariush, you are staffing your harvester with the unskilled, correct?

As soon as I get a basic machine factory, I will have a similar offer for basic goods. We could work together and have a basic production line up early, though I will be building my own basic goods factory as well at some point.

Sounds good to me. But I also plan to build a harvester, so I think that's fair :P

Since we can effectively skip the colonization phase since we're all getting Skilled colonists anyways, I will go ahead and build a Harvester, staffed with an Unskilled, if that's all right.

Me too!

Ok, finally got the Phase choices all in. Sorry for the delay on that.

PlayerPhase
GreatWyrmGoldTrade
KashyykProduction
PyroDesuProduction
ToasterColonization
evilcherryProduction
DariushProduction

Phases this round are Colonization, Production, and Trade.

Colonization and Production can be done simultaneous, since all the colonists are Unskilled this time.

Trade will go in the current Turn order. If your Trade action does not rely on or effect anyone else, feel free to state it in the same post as your other actions.

Note on Production:
You must state all building actions during production.

For example, do something like this:
    Farms: +1 Food
Harvester:  -1 Food, +1 Raw Res.
    Colonial Center: No Action

    Result: +1 Raw Resource

(You can lump all similar buildings together. So if you had 3 farms you could go Farms: +3 Food)

Remember that you do have 2 Food at the start of the game to use if you wish.

Ok, I'm looking to buy basic raws. I will trade you 2.5 wealth for one basic raw, or for 2.5 wealth I will process your basic raw and then send it back to you. If I end up having a basic good spare after production, I will sell it to you for 4.5 wealth. As this is condional on the rest of you, I can't complete my turn until I get a yay or nay from everyone.

Kashyyk, remember that trading with players can be done at any time- it's just trading with the "bank" that needs the trade phase.

Also, nay.  Actually, hold that thought.

Meph:  Is the colonist pool (6x unskilled) still correct?

Note: Wealth must be traded in a minimum of 1 unit, so fractionals are not allowed.

@Toaster: Yes, there are 6 Unskilled colonists in the current pool.

Kashyyk:  Given 2.5 is no go, will you be offering that for 2 or 3?  I may actually be interested.
