So just to confirm, we have 1 farm with an unskilled worker, 1 colony center which is empty, and 1 unskilled working doing nothing?

Ok, all of the phase choices are in:

Player           Phase
GreatWyrmGold    Colonization
Kashyyk             Organization
PyroDesu            Build
Toaster              Build
evilcherry           Organization
Dariush              Colonization


Phases this Round are Colonization, then Build, then Organization

Since all of the available colonists are Skilled, we don't need to worry about turn order for this round.

Kashyyk will be taking First Player.

evilcherry, you may choose either the Colonization or Build bonuses for this round.

Since we can effectively skip the colonization phase since we're all getting Skilled colonists anyways, I will go ahead and build a Harvester, staffed with an Unskilled, if that's all right.

Since we can effectively skip the colonization phase since we're all getting Skilled colonists anyways, I will go ahead and build a Harvester, staffed with an Unskilled.

Everyone can basically do their entire turn in one post, since turn order won't effect anything.

Since Organization was played, you should decide if you want to place your Skilled colonist anywhere.
