Something a bit quicker and more casual (yet still hardcore) than my other game. (I'm not done yet. Not even started.)

And still pictured, but not in ASCII.
And it's a multi-character game. (so not really a suggestion game anymore)
And it's non-cooperative (there are teams, though).

Take Team Fortress 2 classes and premise, dump them into a randomly generated (courtesy of donjon) map/dungeon/whatever, make the terrain destructible and BAM!
You get an epic, yet still fairly easy to maintain game.

If you don't know what Team Fortress 2 is about (you should), get it now on Steam for free!

All the basic principles of TF2 are here - multiple classes, weapons, respawn (yeah), random crits, UberCharge, cloaking etc. etc.
And a few more "hardcore" ones.

Now, here's quick application form. (I don't need a lot of people here, since I can always plop some "bots" into play, but I highly encourage you to jon :P)

Top-down view of the map. (two notches on the walls basically mean that a door should be there, but I couldn't disable that in the generator and I'm too lazy to edit it. At least you know where to plop a door down if you somehow get one)
Pink/blue tunnels are your initial entryways to the map.

A few basic rules

Since it is essentially impossible in the normal terms - don't exploit the metagame. (ie. don't look at someone's form to see that he has a Dead Ringer etc.) To slightly avoid that I'll try to make the turns simultaneous, but just because you can see a sentry gun on the map doesn't mean you know it's there.

An engineer can designate a teleporter exit to become a spawner (only one per engineer), a maximum of 5 per team. You can also turn a dispenser into a resupply locker. They can't be destroyed and can be captured by the other team.

While I'll do my damnedest to make the game accurate to the original, sometimes I'll be simply unable to, so I'm sorry for any inaccuracies. This isn't even accurate to begin with.

The goal of the game is to eventually capture all rooms on the map. A room is any space on the map wider than a tunnel with a door leading to it. To capture a room you have to stand inside one with no enemies in the room being there as well. The speed at which the rooms are capped depends on the size of the room, weapons/classes used (Scouts, Pain Trains Soldier/Demomen capture 2x faster). Rooms that are inaccessible (ie. all the entryways are collapsed etc.) do not count towards the score.

So I can technically start this even now (since there's nothing wrong with new players joining later on, given the nature of the game).

The game starts with 6 players on each side. (most of which are replaced by "NPC"s right now)
On the RED side you have (apart from Kyle and Elf) a Heavy, a Demoman, a Soldier and a Medic. (all using stock weapons)
Respectively noted as 3, 4, 5 and 6.

On the BLU side you have (apart from Scap) two Soldiers, a Sniper, an Engineer and a Pyro. (again using stock)
Respectively noted as 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.



RED Medic is healing the RED Heavy at the middle spawn entryway.
RED Sniper and RED Pyro are coming from the top entryway.
Bottom entryway remains empty.

BLU Soldier and BLU Sniper are coming from the middle entryway while the other BLU Soldier is covering the BLU Engineer.
Lone BLU Pyro comes from the bottom entryway.

Which spawn entryway do you want to start out at?

Just a suggestion: Can you colour what's not walkable in a different colour, so you can more easily see where you can walk?

I could, honestly.
Well, at the very least Weirdsound didn't spawn yet, so I have an excuse to mildly "rush" the first turn. (no worries, I won't do that later on)


As you (Elf and Kyle) enter the battlezone, you can hear walking sounds on the other end of the tunnel.

Because of the tunnels being rather confined, you (Scapheap) are having trouble, since the Heavy takes up a good portion of the hallway, making it hard not only for you, but also the Medic to move. (the Medic let the Heavy go first somehow and for whatever reason)
