Yolantha heads into the hospital, walking through its rather noisy, busy rooms, hoping to find her brother. He proves simple to locate - he seems to be performing the procedure on the reverend. Yolantha watches for a few minutes as he carefully places the orbitoclast in just the right spot, though it takes a few tries with this one - he'll learn, Yolantha thinks -, and then drives it in with the mallet. He nearly forgets to pivot it, but seems to remember at the last moment, removing the orbitoclast in a moment. As Alfred removes the tool, Yolantha guesses that it'll be all right with him. She calls him over.
"Hello, Alfred. I see you're doing well."
Alfred nods.
"Well... I'm not sure how to say this, but I'm going to have to be going away, I'm afraid."
Her brother looks at her quizzically.
"The king exiled me due to my involvement with yesterday's invasion. Apparently the council is full of idiots. Who knew, eh?"
Alfred smiles sadly at her.
"Anyhow, I have to be gone before sunset - the king promised to sponsor the hospital and to send over an assistant to help you - it's important that you don't let this person control you, they will be your assistant. Now, remember to follow the rules, treat the patients properly and, most importantly, keep up the research - you'll find my notes in my desk, here's the key," Yolantha says, handing her brother the keys to the desk.
"I should go and pack up, really, be back soon."
Pick up various supplies from hospital - sedatives, surgical tools, various medications and so forth, all that good stuff. Pack it in a large backpack along with the contents of my doctor's bag.
