Yolantha turns around, hearing a voice in the dark. Some young woman. Very young.

"Ah, so there is indeed someone here. That's good. Very good. My name is Yolantha, and I'm a doctor. I am also terribly dissatisfied at the quality of this absolutely dreadful castle. I just fell five floors, you see, each one collapsing under me. If that is not incredibly shoddy engineering, I don't know what is, really. But I ramble. Do you know of any exits? Or points of interest?"

"Uhhh...no? I just fell too..." Mahriana is somewhat taken aback by the women's rambling. Not quite sure how to respond, she shoves the knife carefully into a pocket of her dress where she can reach it, but it is still hidden to the eye. Then she looks down and throws he hands up as if in exasperated shock. "No! My dress is ruined! What will I do for next week?"

Yolantha looks at the woman's dress with a good dose of complete ambivalence.

"Oh my, it is indeed ruined! How very terrible. But you may look on the bright side - the castle is currently being pillaged and ruined by unusually competent people in black armor. Perhaps when they're done, you might be able to scavenge some things from the Queen's own wardrobe. But that's just a suggestion, really. Right now, I should make sure that I am not in immediate dire peril. You may follow me if you wish. That is, unless you have a better direction than mine in mind. In that case, I shall follow you."

Follow her. Be confused and scared-looking. Be pretty goddamn confused for real, too.

Bump?!
(Steam summer sale, I only bought 4 games, but that was enough to devour my free time.)

Kyle, Bitesti, Aria and William

You head to a chamber with five graves, the kind that a plot of land and a stone marking it, odd for a catacomb fill with coffins on shelves. At the other side of the chamber, two ladies appeared.

Yolantha and Mahriana

You head down a corridor, coming out at a chamber with five graves, the kind that a plot of land and a stone marking it, odd for a catacomb fill with coffins on shelves. At the other side of the chamber, three men and a woman appear.

"Look, anonymous girl with the ruined dress! Strangers!"

Yolantha looks at the strangers with a great deal of interest, gazing at each in turn.

"Unfortunately, dear strangers, I cannot help you find a way out. I am equally confounded by the shabby architecture, and I would guess that so is my wonderful new friend here. I just fell through four floors, don't you know. Truly, it was harrowing, not to mention rather stupidly dangerous. So, what's happening with these graves? Looks like either somebody real important or somebody really disliked was buried here, judging by the fact that they're interred under the catacombs."

((initate genre savviness))

Mahriana looks around, suspicious. Why would all of them arrive at this place when the castle started falling apart? Why were there five graves, and six of them? Was one of them planning to kill them all and bury them here? She didn't like the looks of this. She sidesteps slowly, inconspicuously away from her newfound partner, and goes to take a look on the grave, bending over and looking at the inscription, hand ready to dart to her knife at any time should one of them try to attack her or something.

Mahriana only

You take a look at the graves. The stones are of some quality, not king-level, but they were of important, whoever is buried here. The letters are of a lesser craftsmanship, look like they were craved with a knife. The slight tingle from the stones clue you in to magic used, judging by the newness of the stones and the weathered looks of the wall, a preserving charm seem likely.

The names and titles on the stones are, Grace Stonewall the dark lady, Adam Southward The blue captain, Chris the red hunter, Float the white paladin and Just Tom the wanderer.

You heard a ratting male voice "Look at that, six people. You don't think..?"

Kyle only

A female voice which wouldn't sound out of place in the royal guard starts up "I don't think so, Tom, we know five of them are dead anyway and what are the chances that the last one would be in these six?"

Aria Only

A male voice, one easy going with a hint of steel under it "It was also unlikely that five monsters and one human all decided to go to the same ruins on the same day."

Bitesti only

A male voice of pure cockiness sounds out "More like three monsters, one human, one human who didn't die and a human who PMS when it a full moon."

Aria only

"...I consider you my friend so think of this more like friendly advice."

Aria and Bitesti

A smacking sound like say a punch was heard.
