Run back to the spot where I fell down, try to ascend to Queen's room via flight abilities I already have. Gauge flight quickness and lift.

You rush back to the first room and look up. It then dawn on you that you don't how to fly.

"Think of a peaceful memory, any one."

Two wings appear around you and a glance up show you a halo. A reach around tell you that the wings haven't tore your clothes. You can't see that your eyes are now white orbs.

You lift off, reaching the first floor (passing the ground floor). The wings feel like you had them your whole life, you don't even have to think about them. However you discover that angels don't do extended flights, judging by the strain you feel.

You fly up, using the third floor to pause and land. Something fly over your shoulder. Looking up you see the Queen with a crossbow "Sorry doc, didn't see you."

Looking behind, a black armour knight lays with a bolt through it's neck.

"The easy, but stupid way would be to kill you. We can feel the passing of a hero, but it has a very large drawback. The hard to find way would be to get someone to curse you. If you're the hero, the curse will fall apart. However it hard to a curse user and if you are not the hero, then we got to find someone to remove the curse. The one we probable use is going to the Hero's rock. It a rock in the middle of nowhere that glow if a hero stand on it, nothing else. The downside is it a long way from here."

Yolantha glances back at the killed shade, then ascends to the Queen's level.

"Ah, yes. Your Majesty, you are in an untenable position presently. If the shades have reached this floor, Your Majesty is likely to be in immediate peril. Come with me, please," she says, extending her hand. "This may seem unusual, but I am somewhat possessed by an angel, and Your Majesty's continued survival is important."

If the queen accepts, descend with her to the catacombs. Hopefully don't fall.

Aria uses her powerful nose to make sure the group is still safe down here. She doesn't want to be taken by surprise by the demon army.

Whilst doing that, she decides to ask Adam the Ghost a few more questions.

You said my sense of smell was very powerful. Just how powerful is it? also, what weaknesses do i have now that i am at least part warewolf? and, finally, what do we do if we run into other monsters?

Aria turns to Bitesti.

If you haven't noticed, you have wings. In fact, all of use except William have the physical ability to move quickly back up the holes we fell through. I think that's what Yolantha has done. With my improved hearing i can hear faint wing noises.

With a grin on her face, Aria turns to William.

I cant speak for the others but i really want to get my new claws and teeth stuck into these demons. They killed my friend the quartermaster.

With that, Aria bounds off, shifting (if she can) into werewolf form and bounding up the floors after Bitesti and Yolantha.

"If they are still cooking during this battle, you should be able to smell the kitchen from here and avoid silver, wolfbane and male werewolfs, trust me on the last point. Most monsters will think that you are what you seem to be, unfortunately in the male werewolfs sense."
