I was not aware there was a password. Give me the case.

Attempt to get case. If he refuses, pin his hand to the bench with my kinesis, take the briefcase, and run the fuck out of there.

"Oh really, no password. "He seems aggressive". Wait and see.

Ready my mental defenses to make a mental wall in my mind, to stop him. If he does anything, attack him to fight him to a mental standstill, and go for my gun

I've got like 3/8. Unless I deleted it. Lemme check.

TWO SECONDS LATER

Nope, still there. It was at the veeeeeery end of my clipboard app's history, so if I had decided to right-click-copy one more thing it would've been gone forever.

((Okay, long wait, and some of your turns might be short, but the game is rolling again. Stagnation is deadly to my creativity and work ethic, which sort of makes my laziness self-propogating and promoting.))

RAM_Wilhelm T.
You climb into the service shaft. It's vertical, and you need to go up a level right now, but you have no way of climbing so you decide to head downward until it levels off. You shimmy awkwardly for a few dozen feet, trying not to slip and fall for God knows how long before either getting shredded by a fan or being turned to paste by the force of the impact, and squeeze into the nearest horizontal duct and continue onward. You wiggle around for a while. Its getting pretty hot. You spot a juncture up ahead. Now you wish you had downloaded a blueprint back at that terminal. So which way? Left or right?

Harry Baldman_Churchill W.
One guy is hungry. Another needs to go pick up his daughter from school. Some woman is having trouble paying off the debts accrued from buying her car. Nothing unusual really.

kingfisher1112_Simmons S.
You aim for the cyborg and, unsure of what to fire at, simply fire a round into his chest. He's rocked backward by the force of the impact, but remains standing. You work the bolt and shove another round into the breach before sweeping your view to the reception desk. You can see the guards through the desk, and your weapon could certainly punch through it, even if it were made of metal, but instead you decide to see how much damage these HE rounds can really do. You fire a shot through the foot of the desk near one of the security guards. A large hole is made in the ground, but the guard is unharmed. Huh. I guess they're not explosive in the sense you thought they were. You load another round up and get ready to fire again.

Zako_Markowitz R.
You head downstairs and check your bag. The rope, an assault rifle, body armour, a body suit and some other assorted tactical gear. You throw the spent body armour out, its metal plate riddled with dents and tears, and replace it with a fresh one. You remove the handfuls of spent shell casings and place them in plastic bags for safe disposal later, then load some spare magazines for the rifle and drop a compact handgun in for safe measure. There's no time to clean the scent of gunpowder from your duffel, but a bit of perfume should do as a quick fix. You dip into your closet to decide what sort of dress to bring. With Jon, you'll probably need an evening gown. Or two. His jobs tend to be messy, though its a byproduct of his rapt efficiency.

gman8181_Friendly J.
You back towards the door quickly, but its too late. The cyborg is just about to blow you away when a round punches into his built in body armour, rocking him backwards and forcing him to hold fire as his arms swing leftwards or risk killing nearby innocents. He isn't stunned for long however, and quickly turns back to face you, a large gouge torn from the centre of his titanium chest plate where the sniper round struck him. With the time your partner so effectively bought you, you finish your retreat into the maintenance hall and ready an EMP grenade. You twist the independent halves of it and it pops open, revealing the warhead inside. You lob it at the cyborg and it clatters to rest near his crab-like legs. His eyes widen and he stomps in the opposite direction in a bid to flee, but this is stopped when the grenade detonates, causing his electronic limbs and organs to sputter and fail, killing him instantly. His glowing red targeting eye dims as he slumps to the ground with a clunk. You hear two similar noises elsewhere as the other cyborgs fall, as well as the token scream as they crush the innocent businesspeople crowding around them. There isn't much time to celebrate this victory however, as the guards behind the reception counter begin firing again.

Xantolos_Harker D. VERSUS Jembot_Frace A.
Harker pins Frace's right hand to the bench using his kinesis and reaches for the case on Frace's left hand side. Frace pulls his pistol with his left hand and prepares to shoot Harker in the chest. Harker grabs the pistol with both hands and attempts to twist the barrel towards Frace's chin, but Frace fights back and he only manages to point the pistol away from himself. Harker would normally have already won this test of strength but Frace is assaulting his mind, forcing him to split his concentration between keeping Frace's right hand pinned, turning the pistol away and defending his psyche. This part of the park is empty at this time of day so no one could possibly intervene. The two are at a stalemate.

Aseaheru_B0b C.
You key your IN-COM. This is the Chief, I want all security forces on this level immediately! Put men on the stairwells and get the armoured car out front! I want all civilians evacuated and the exits sealed, pronto! There's a loud pop and a wave of energy that makes your teeth ache and your vision momentarily take on a blue tinge. EMP. You don't even have to look to know that all your cyborgs are dropping dead, their organs fried, along with all the electronic equipment on this level, most likely including the electromagnetic seals on the entrances to the stairwells and the elevators, which, as you noted when you first arrived here, were not adequately shielded against short-wave attacks. You growl at your employer's stupidity and unwillingness to surrender funds to a 'mere consultant' and crouch to fire blindly at the assassin.

The ground next to your foot pops and at the same time a hole appears in the desk. You glance upwards, tracing the trajectory in your mind. There. A bullet hole in the concrete wall. There's a sniper across the street several floors up. Probably with thermal or electromagnetic imaging equipment. Or he's just got really good eyesight. You muse sarcastically.

Well, nothing too funny in this crowd, Billy thinks. People seem to get a lot less interesting when you can read their thoughts. A rather interesting correlation.

Go to apartment, rest awhile.

Rebecca hummed quietly in thought as she looked over the gowns in her closet. With Jon, she would probably need something disposable but not cheap enough to stand out in a crowd. Something simple preferably, with enough room to hide a gun and things safely. Yes, simple is good.

Pack two plain, semi-cheap gowns that while they look decent enough not to stand out in a crowd, I won't miss. Pack also 3 changes of street clothes (no skirts or dresses and nothing too silly). Then check out the armoury. Remind myself to pack a few clips for the pistol.

Spit in his face to distract him, headbutt him to stun, then grab the gun and briefcase. Shoot him until he's dead.

Try to get the radio working.
Your IN-COM is an implanted sub-dermal device that can send, store and display information. Everyone has one, and you can contact established "frequencies" (they use cellular methods to contact one another; its not a radio). So basically its a walkie talkie for the security guards, and you can also call specific people or send texts. All the information in your IN-COM is viewed via a direct line to your optic nerve, since the device is effectively hard-linked to your brain (and your nervous system) to enable hands-free control. Only you can see what you're looking at. Delvers can access information stored on an IN-COM, but it requires an insane amount of effort, and its generally only attempted while the target is sleeping or otherwise unconscious unless the attacker is very powerful or the target very weak. Delvers can't do this unless the target is still alive, otherwise the device itself needs to be retrieved.

^^ Added information to the OP.

EDIT: What made you think you had a radio and that it wasn't working? ???
