Anna leans in to Richard.

"Remember that bet?"

"Richard."

She looks at him, moving to stand up.

"Annie is not our mother. Nor our caretaker. Nor in any way with power over us. It is not her place to judge or condemn us."

She narrows her eyes at him. "Tell her this, then: If she has an issue with our relationship, then she should bring it to us. Not attempt to take a place that is not hers to take."

"No Richard, I think we're going to sit back and eat popcorn while these four work it out. Annie and Selina and Yuri and even Bismuth."

"She was in the library last I checked."

"Thank you, Bismuth. If you will excuse me..." She turns, walking out of the room and heading for the library. She did not look happy. Nor did she look mad. She just had a flat, serious expression on her face, not unlike the one she gets at student council meetings when someone speaks out of turn.

Bismuth follows Yuri.

She pushes open the door to the library, stepping inside and crossing it, approaching Annie if she is still there. "May I speak to you in private, please?"

"No, Yuri. I will not overturn my position on this, but I will not stop you outside the dorm. I know full well what this is about. Bismuth just spoke to me.

If you have any other inquiries, I suggest you hold them until the orientation at the dorm later today. I have other duties to attend to."
Annie brushes past Yuri.

"That is all I wanted. Also, I am retracting my decision to stay at your dorm. Not because I intended to do anything, but because I find your attempts to control things that are not your concern to be against my principles."
