It's one of my experimental games. There are only two rules. This is not a game. Everything is relevant.
Also it's designed to be really hard, so you may take awhile to advance.

You must take that literally. That is neither a question, nor a command.

Hello. I am also not a game. I am assuming that I am playing with you, but not playing you. I assume we are playing "Shapes." That is neither a question, nor a command.

You have revealed that players will receive daily hints. I assume that only one hint is allowed per day, regardless of the person asking. That is neither a question, nor a command.

I reserve the right to modify my assumptions.

I request the answer to the question: "What allowances, other than hints, are given to players?"

Because this is not a game, there are no rules.

Because this is not a game, there are no rules.

However, you asked us if we wanted to play. Certainly, this is not a game, but how do you expect others to play if there are no rules?

Unrelated: I propose 621534.

You feel you lack some facet to your answer.

You are not playing. This is not a game.

This is anarchy, there are no rules and therefore no goals.

The goal is to solve my puzzles. If you do not solve my puzzles I will continue to say vague mystical things for eternity.

Hello. I am not a game. Would you like to play?
Yes.

Then we are not playing, despite wishing to?

You must learn to look at all sides of the situation if you wish to succeed.

I only asked if you wanted to play. I didn't actually offer.

Hmm.

Then I propose 3,4,5,2,2',rupee.

I expect this only to fail, but in failing perhaps gain some better degree of insight.

You feel rupees might have something to do with the solution

Perhaps you need to consider both sides of the issue?
