A recent goblin ambush was lead by a "goblin administrator", which I've never seen before. He was flashing noble-purple, but didn't seem to be a weaponmaster. He wasn't in the list of important goblin leaders either, so does anyone know if he was important in any way?

Administrator is civilian who's high in, I think, bookkeeping or organizing skill, but not a noble to have manager or bookkeeper title.

It's sure odd to see civilian leading an ambush.

I was not aware of this. This makes more sense.

He had a copper spear and the usual mix of copper and leather armor (copper cap and and shield, everything else was leather)

Think of it as reducing the number of named personages for the game to track and a miniscule FPS improvement.
