Part of that was me using a random generator, but that was mostly for appearance. (Bad move, then.) The rest was basically an image I had of him being basically a "nice Death" guy.
(I probably should have dropped Happiness instead of Chaos. Oh well, what's done is done.)
...Is it possible to ascend from Minor Godhood to Major Godhood (or at least Less Impermanent Minor Godhood) with worshipers or something? It would kinda suck for the mortals if their patron god vanished suddenly, not to return for generations...
I don't think Disease/Chaos/Peace would have been much more coherent than Disease/Happiness/Peace. Maybe something about natural cycles or disease's virulence in all conditions or something, but that still doesn't really say "Nice Death God" to me.

As for ascension, yes, that's essentially what the Belief Score system is for. The only difference between Major gods and Minor gods is that the Major gods get a few turns to entrench themselves, and are thus harder to dislodge, and thus get more time to entrench themselves.

So, it's not likely that a Minor god will be able to overtake a Major god, but it is physically possible.

In a more practical sense, a Minor god with sufficient Belief Score and luck can always pass the Test of Faith, and therefore hang around another turn or two.

Yes, it will suck when someone's deity vanishes for a time. Of course, the most likely to vanish are the ones without much connection to anything anyway, so that's likely to be the price of being one of your god's only works.

The Enchanted Gold has a random chance of turning into Lead as it spreads. As it spreads farther, there is more chance of lead being created. Eventually all the surface gold is turned into lead. Also, the lead is a safety measure, and it is pretty much unusable for anything other than handling Gold.
I'm going to allow this by modifying it to lose strength and become a worn-out heavy metal, and say that any heavy materials block it. "It's just a safety measure, the only thing it does is safely handle this thing I just created" isn't a good excuse for making two things at once.

As an example, you have to invent lions and whips independently. You can't invent lions and then say oh, geez, I need a way to control them, lemme make whips to do that while I'm at it, but it's really the same thing because they go together.

@IronyOwl Can you rename my Sphere of Creation to a sphere of Forging? I think it's a better name, considering the specific nature of it in my post. Just a better name and all.

If not, nevermind.
Yeah, sure.

I think so.
The "Immortality and You" spoiler explains this.

Essentially, you get some belief from inanimate or unintelligent things, but only once. So if you create a species of bird that suits you or your spheres well, you get a point of belief from that. If you then create a second species of bird, you don't get anything from that. Creating rats probably wouldn't do anything either, but creating grass, a desert, or a tribe might, provided, again, they were the first such creations you made.

Mortals are another source of belief, but they have different mechanics and limitations.

Turn soon, just figured I'd get this out of the way.
((Thanks for waiting.))

It all began with a step.

One step into the mists of the world; one step into the unknown. One step.

There were beings of unfathomable nature, for they had not yet been in symbiotic coexistence, and thus could not form a thriving system. There were landscapes and areas filled with seeds, seeds of potential, of probabilities of things yet to come.

And through all this, Eleri smiled. For there were those who sought to bring the lands under control of moral and rational character. As if those notions even existed before anyone could realize them.

She smiled, for there were lands which were tended. Lands that were taken care of. And this, she decided, was where her first step would start.

Create Flora: Lunar Tear in Althaine's Region.
There were creatures who dotted those lands, and yet they were too few to cover them fully. She wondered if their caretakers would mind, for the land and the animals were not hers to touch without permission. And so she decided to gift them with her own blessings.

The Lunar Tear resembles a snow-white flowering plant, perennial in nature, with waxy leaves and short, thin stalks. While the plant itself is minor, considered to be a diminutive species, its flower petals grow to about the size of nearly half a foot in span. In the nectar, or sap (in cases of the occasional case of gigantism, turning the Tear into a small tree) is said to hold the essence of life, being able to cure most, if not all, forms of toxin or harmful malady in the living body. This may explain its resilience in most common terrain.

Well, I can't see anything suitably in-character for Lawydia to do at this point.

Create Region, the Sea of Decay

The Sea of Decay is a great mass of sulfuric acid and other noxious concoctions that are as hostile to life even as it creates them. It is flat and featureless, and its supporting land is a mixture of minerals from its surrounding regions. It is always boiling.

A'rit, since everyone's flocking to Althaine's region, I guess Lawydia should too. She ain't a Sea Goddess.

Children, thee must learn of The Trickster, the Rascal, the Butterfly, Lawydia. For time innumerable she dealt with mortals, sometimes to their misery, and sometimes to their benefit, but in the end, all serves her ends.

But she existed beyond the time of men, mer, and demons.

At the apex of creation, came her and Scionox, the God of Monsters. What her dragon sibling had done to her scarred face, the story was lost from the eyes of destiny itself. It was said that she was to becme the Goddess of maturity, of change and revolution.

But parts of her burned like her face. Thus was born Lawydia the Rascal.

Create feature: The Field of Ruby
She quickly set to work planting her seeds of mischief, of revolution. And what else would serve that but Greed?

The Field is a small expanse of sterile, barren landscape. The stony grounds are covered by all manners of precious gems that replicate anything the other gods create. The gems would grow ever so slowly, forming themselves into breathtaking flowers and trees, more beautiful than any jeweler would ever hope to create. Any mortal that enters the field will find that the ground is spiked, and the thorns of the giant flowers deadly. They would wander the field, lost but untiring nor hungry.

They would be safe, as long as they moved, as long as they endured the scratches of the malicious gems.

They are doomed to wander, as time move forward and they presumed dead by their families and friends.

When they are finally forgotten by history, and their own history forgotten, will they finally find a small flower, painfully beautiful. Claiming the treasure, they would finally be permitted to leave the treacherous field, as only. husk of themselves, possessing a precious flower.

Turn 1: The Best Things In Life Aren't Evil

((I suggest questions not related to gameplay (ie, app questions) should be PMd to avoid clutter. There's also no need to 'PTW' as there's a Notify button right there.

Also, I like that our first siblings are ones of Terror, Malice and Tragedy. Totally not a sign of things to come.))
---

When she was young and the world was young, Althaine roamed the endless void, marvelling at the simple fact of their existence. She had been a mere thought now whispered into life, woven into the fabric of reality with sublime grace and beauty. The Lady knew she there were others, felt their acts on the world. Reality was hollow, lacking much - her sibling, N'kari, was already at work, crafting land and life. She drifted close to him, delicate and small - but she dared not interrupt. The focus and power flowing around him were mesmerizing. She felt a... longing to do something similar.

It was easy, once she had begun. Like it had been inside her already, waiting to be whispered into the world...

Althaine creates a Region; an enormous mountain range and surrounding foothills, hiding within secluded valleys, vast caverns, hidden peaks and passages, most of the mountains high enough for snow. It is not connected to any other Region - yet.
[4] You create your mountains, riddled with hidden secrets.

Create the minerals Enchanted Gold and Lead
Enchanted Gold will slowly convert any matter it touches into more Enchanted Gold. As Gold spreads further from its core, it becomes Lead, which is the only substance that can resist the spread effect.

The Gold is as strong as copper, but the spread is massively accelerated on flesh, making it a highly effective weapon. Lead is just... lead-like, not really special.
(I hope it's okay to make two minerals in the same turn, they are connected intrinsically)
((In the future, edit things into your post or strikeout your old action and make a new one.))

[3] You create Enchanted Gold, a brilliant, copper-strength material that spreads slowly and unsurely through other matter, failing often. It's faster with softer, organic materials, but still problematic for any weapon that's not intended to lodge in the wound.

It's also quite rare, naturally.

Create region lush planes

A region which resembles earth very well with a varying of colours from mottled browns to vivid greens and yellows to deep water blues and dripping sky of red. A region which supports life extremely well and cultivates the most beautiful of plants.

Regions are these regions on a single planet which we all alter ?
[2] You create a sort of brownish lumpy plain, all your intended colors just sort of mixing together into mush. It doesn't really support life, either.

Create Feature: Storm of Tales in a random region*

The storm of Tales is a strange and relatively rare (less than once a year) phenomenon. It's a powerful storm, strangely devoid of rain, but with very strong winds. The sounds of the wind tells tales of far away places.

*If Impossible, place it in the Lush Planes
[4, Althaine's Region][3] You create an occasional storm that shouts back the things that have been shouted into it, though often jumbled and hard to make out properly.

From the dark void emerged a single white mark. A mask, the first conscious willing-into-existence, tearing up and through nothing, pulling away from the emptiness, becoming aware of itself and the others around him. The void did not give up so easily, and Bodark began to sink once more. Pausing, feeling what being erased was like, Bodark began pulling again, converting the void around him into what he believed to be himself. The void clung to him, draped around him, but Bodark embraced it, tearing himself free with a final thought, leaving a veil of nothingness around him. Bodark appeared as nothing but a mask, his body concealed and connected to cloth woven from nothing.

Bodark realized his powers in his last push into godhood, but he stood and waited. Drifting to the other sources of energy, the only sources of energy he felt, he watched as the other gods realized their powers and also began to create. Watching and waiting, Bodark raised a hidden arm and sent a single thought out to the creation of another god, silently.

Create Life: Yarostrog in Althaine's Region.
The Yarostrog are large, four-legged mammals living in the valleys of the region. Once a year, during the winter months, they grow immense amounts of fur and migrate upwards to the snowy mountaintops where they keep their mating grounds. Yarostrog are strong, stocky creatures, with powerful claws and teeth, as well as large spiny antlers. They are omnivorous, but prefer easy prey over prey they must chase.((Imagine a bear the size of a deer with antlers. In the winter, it resembles a yak due to all the hair.))
[1] You create bug-eyed, flightless bird things, shaped more like splayed lizards than true birds, and with rather raggedy, uneven feathers that look like they're constantly molting. They breed all year round, and like to hide in crags, caves, and other deep places. They usually avoid eating food that's not moving, or would if there was any food at all.

Create region: Nightmare Swamps

Scionox moved his wing and thus Nightmare Swamps were created. Purple ground, dark purple liquid, poisonous to the most of lifeforms and with fumes that can cause hallucinations. The place was almost absolutely devoid of light, and has vast underground network of caves, the place was lifeless, for now.
[1] You create a bright, cheerful, dry field that smells of hearty earth.

This may explain its resilience in most common terrain.

[5] You create the Lunar Tear, a beautiful, tiny plant with great flowers bearing a panacea to all life. Its own nectar affects it as well, sustaining it in the foulest toxins and through the more virulent plagues.

[4] You create your maze of hostile beauty, rewarding only those who sacrifice everything with a precious flower.

When the gods exerted Their power on the world, much of it was lost in creation. Even in the brief time They had existed, much power had been spent. Enough for one to work with.

The Shifter awakened, the bright flame of His ethereal form visible only to the gods. Its' metallic claws wove the power of the gods into physical form, Their power made real.

Within what would have been the Nightmare Swamps rose many octahedral monoliths, as black as the Nightmare Dragon itself. Made of a virtually indestructible material, varying between eight and forty meters above the ground, a sixteenth of that across, extending the same distance below, these metallic pillars would inspire awe in any mortal foolish enough to wander in to what would no doubt become a true hell for life in time, when Mighty Scionox once more exerts His power over His creations.

Create Feature in the "Nightmare Swamps": The Silent Stones

The Silent Stones - Mysterious octahedral monoliths, perfectly smooth on every side, from eight to forty meters in height and an sixteenth of that distance across. They extend the same distance below-ground and above-ground. They are made out of a nearly-indestructible metal. They are, of course, pitch black. They seem to serve no purpose, save to inspire awe in the inhabitants of the universe, for now.

Quick edit: The metal they are made of is as dense as iron.

Create Fauna: Nightmare Birds at the "Nightmare Swamps"

Angered at first at the sudden instability in power, Scionox then remembered one idea that he was going to implement later on, and thus he breathed his nightmare breath at the "nightmare Swamps".

Shortly, from the caves of the "Swamps", small, ordinary, birds started appearing, various colors, flying around. But they look ordinary only at first, they are aggressive, and whenever it comes to hunting or attacking beings that trespass their territory, they turn into giant brown bat-like abominations one look of which can make about everyone freeze in fear, and their skin is tough enough can protect them versus ordinary weapons. They started flying and spreading around, eventually, they will spread into other regions.

create flora: Delightful whim in nightmare swamps

As she looked upon the regions lacking in food she created a tree which would produce such a large harvest each season and the fruit would be enough to satisfy any creatures hunger with one of the fruits. But at the cost of sating hunger the creatures lust would grow tenfold bringing on a different hunger. The tree is extremely large will gnarled roots splayed above and deep below. The tree is able to live in the most uninhabitable areas as well. the fruits look like apple sized cherries and have the most exquisite taste and something the creature would always remember after eating.

(( I only just got up that's my excuse for forgetting that haha :P ))

create flora: Delightful whim (( do we have to define a specific area or could it grow in several or all ?

Targeting: Flora or Fauna must be created in a Region.
