Ok, so the ingredients to make the "cursed anvil" are bone (1 stack), steel (1bar) and bronze (3 bars)?  Does the dwarf who makes this have to have a specific level of skill to make this, or just any old noob who looks sideways at a smith's hammer?

Edit: I'm adding in Highmax's "Large iron dagger" from his time in the Whitecastle district as an ingredient.  This way, there can only ever be one Cursed Anvil of Highmax" and it ties the story together with an adventurer's quest.  Highmax slew two zombies with the dagger before succumbing to death himself.

Anyone who has a rather high weaponsmith (past competent at least, or if you can tell, made a sword that is masterwork)

Just make sure he wears a boot.

I'll see if adding a masterwork sword as an ingredient is feasible, (ending up with a masterwork sword and the cursed anvil)

Actually, I think that Sackhead is next.  Also, when I said later, I have exams coming up and can only do one fortress at a time, and right now it's the vampire fort I'm about to get.  So take your time.

The site embark should say "Whitecastle" as the in-game fortress name.  Otherwise, you'll see it as the blinking snowflake in the center of the island.  I knew it'd get lost otherwise.

Here's a map:

Also, for everyone who is voting on the zoning for the surrounding districts, I added this map here to "The City" section on the first page.

I'll check... yeah... it's the file downloaded from http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=8299  64.4Mb... up to year 1733.  I checked the "latest save" link just above turn list and that's the same link.

I don't know what to tell you, Rum - maybe try downloading it again and I'll push your turn limit back, how about that?

Rumrusher: You had me wondering if there was a different file with the same Mb size in the there, so I re-downloaded it from dffd and sure enough - it's the right one.  If you try to "re-embark, this is what you'll see:

Looking forward to your new district.
