Turn 6 - Second Wave - The line is Wavering - Palisades have been erected! - Murder Holes have been dug! - Engineers will have The Paths demolished in One Turn(s) -

Xantolos
[1] The men continue to fight hard, but the constant fighting with little break has clearly worn on them. One unlucky man takes an axe to his head, and from this death is born a downfall. The line quickly begins to disintegrate as brave soldiers fall left and right trying to hold back the dark horde. Goblins pour through the dozens of gaps that appear as they cut and claw through anything that gets in their way. [4] You burn everything. There's no room to discriminate in the melee, and you kill goblin and orc alike as you fight to keep the creatures away from you, unleashing a total of three bursts just to keep them at bay. Tl'zurr is pulled away from you as he hacks at the goblins hanging from his powerful arms, and he howls in anger as they gnaw at his legs and back.

You find a nearby officer and entreat him, pointing fearfully towards the massive troll as he lumbers towards the line, guided by several great chains. [4] He nods determinedly and gets the attention of a small troop of crossbowmen, ordering them to fire directly at the troll. [3] The seven bowmen fire as quickly as they can, but the bolts, though they easily pierce the beast's skin, hardly seem to slow his advance. [3] His head turns slightly as he notes the direction the bolts are flying from, but he otherwise doesn't appear to be bothered by them, and he continues to follow the goblins lead obediently.

GreatWyrmGold - Meteor is active for one more turn!
[6] You fire five blasts in quick succession, burning the warlord down where he stands and wiping out everyone surrounding him in a towering ball of flame. Though it seems like a good bit of overkill, you still manage to slaughter hundreds of goblins in the process.

You ignore the goblin chewing on the leather protecting your neck and try getting close to the larger ones that are doing the tossing. [2] They're unreachable behind the wall of men in front of you. The goblin on your back wises up and starts going for your face! [1] His fingers slip into your right eye socket and he pops your eyeball clean out! You can actually see the back of his throat before his teeth cut the string of tissue keeping the thing attached to you! [-1 to all rolls :C]

Flying Dice - Burst ready next turn!
[2] You try torching the few goblins that remain, but your unit malfunctions! It isn't serious however, and you quickly patch the leak in your propellant line with the tools you have in your pouch.

Destroy Paths - Completed in stages. Each stage completed reduces the number of fronts by one. There are five fronts right now. Only the Thoroughfare and the Main Bridge are large enough for either side to to fit giant units (yes, you have giant units) or use siege equipment. You can also prepare any of these for a controlled destruction to kill any enemy units located there, but it will take an extra two turns.

Everyone could potentially see it, since its so faffing big, but its outside the scope of any of your particular conflicts. You'd have to shoulder through packed ranks of guys just to get over to it. If you really want to go help I'll let you though, but only you.

Locate some kind of priority target, like a leader of some kind or a bunch of troops packed close together. Burn them.

[3] You activate Meteor and fire a pair of blasts. They're badly placed however, and one sails far over the heads of the goblins nearest you, while the other only kills three or four goblins. You've succeeded in getting everyone's attention however, and now you've got nearly a dozen drooling greenskins hopping over to kill you before you can burn any more of them.

You activate Burst, and wait for the troll to get in range. He gets a little too close, and by the time you've begun firing he's already killed almost twenty men, and now he's on fire, which is only making him even angrier. [6] The troll flails about, trying to smash you with his massive fists. He misses you, but crushes Halls flat. You spare the tangled mess of twisted steel and entrails that was once your tanker a pitying glance before turning your attention back to the matter at hand. There's a pissed troll, and he's killing fucking everyone. An officer, his eyes wild and his armour smeared with blood, runs up to you and seizes you by the collar. Do something you bastard! At this rate there'll be no one left to even bloody surrender!

You look around for something important to torch. [6] You spot a large squad of human-sized goblin brutes. You get as close to them as possible before signalling the men to duck so you can burn them. [3] The range wasn't good, and you only end up lighting a few of them. The survivors immediately begin lobbing smaller goblins at you. [Brutes: 5] Two of them hit you square in the chest, and you tumble backwards with a pair of screeching greenies scrabbling at you.

You aim your torch over your right shoulder, and prepare to set the little bastard alight, [1] but he smacks the muzzle of the torch right as you depress the trigger, sending the blast of washing over the right side of your face! Luckily that was the side of your head with the eye torn out, or else you would have been blinded completely. You don't have much time to celebrate this fact however, as you just shot 1,200 degree flames straight into your skull and set the clothes around your neck and shoulders aflame. You scream, and scream, until eventually you succumb to your wounds and sink to the ground. You are dead.

Flying Dice
Your efforts previously have earned you a lull in the fighting, and you take this opportunity to take a refreshing swig from your "medicinal" canteen.

Burn the troll firing at his head to deafen and make him turn back
(all living things fear fire trolls with there weakness to it probably fear fire more)
