The GPS navigator, instead of telling you where in Berlin you are, instead suggests that you're in Sana'a, Yemen. In a lake.
You spread the newspapers on the screen to be able to read it. Among the usual news, you find two articles of note.
-tsche Zeitung November 2013This piece of newspaper was torn off from the newspaper for reason unknown. It seems to be a fragment of the name of the newspaper. It was torn out in a triangular shape, and a forehead of an elderly man can be seen among with an unintelligible letter.
On top of the article are three shots of an elderly man with white hair. Unlike what you'd expect for a mystic, he looks like a normal everyday person save for a symbol tattooed on his left cheek. You cannot make out the symbol in the faint light.
"Felix Fischer, the notorious 'Black Mage of Reichenbach have been revealed by the police to have broken out of prison. Investigation is still on going, and there have been no conclusive evidence yet to indicate how he had escaped. He had avoided capture for over five years before finally getting arrested last month.
Fischer was a well-known mystic and serial killer who had been known to the general media as the 'Black Magician'. He was convicted on charge of fifty six counts of premeditated murder, and is believed to have killed over hundred. The Black Magician was linked to an obscure Neo-Nazi organization known to have operated in Saxony back to the pre-WWI era before mysteriously disappearing three years prior to the mystic's capture. The Black Magician is identified by leaving crude wooden musical boxes in his scene of crime, and his killing have continued after the organization's collapse, extending beyond the group's enemies to supposedly random civilians. All victim of the Magician bears no visible physical trauma, but autopsy reports have revealed that their vital organs have somehow disappeared without wounds.
Felix Fischer was arrested after an anonymous tip. He had killed three of the police officers sent as he attempted to escape using a smokescreen. He was shot in the leg, subdued, and put in prison after his wound had healed due to incriminating evidence found in his house. He had stood in a public trial, and had confessed, claiming to have done his killing for "money and food for his pet" after his employers have disappeared. Fischer did not own a pet.
His lawyer pleaded insanity, and he was to be relocated to an asylum in the day that the wardens found him missing from his cell.
It was suggested that the Black Magician and the Unicorn may be related, as the latter's killing spree begun a fortnight after the former's arrest.
Else Lin, the 17 years old lead singer of the band k-K (Komplette Kauderwelsch) had been suspected as the serial killer 'the Unicorn' after an anonymous tip. Lin had claimed to have been framed, and had criticized the police for "being racist, thinking I'm some crazy lesbo murderer because I'm a fuckin' chinese immigrant". DNA test have matched with the hair found at a crime scene. She was on the way to the police station to be questioned when the car holding her have reportedly exploded in front of other pedestrians and drivers. There was no bodies to be found as the explosion was so powerful that it killed twenty people on the street, and some of the police force. She is believed to be dead among the rubble.
The Unicorn is a serial killer and possibly rapist who have been linked to the Black Magician purely because of their first instance of murder happening a fortnight after the Magician's arrest. Their victim are found decapitated on the neck up with what seems to be bite marks, and their entire body flogged with bladed whips. Six elderly women have been linked to be murdered by the Unicorn.
