I can imagine the following situation happening once everything is in place.
Setting: Top floor of an office tower, you are surrounded by regular zombies and a hulk is adjacent to you. You are backed against a window prepared to make your last stand.
You: Come at me! *you activate a Mininuke and drop it at your feet*
The hulk lunges at you and grabs hold. Proceeds to throw you through the windowAs you fly through the air, surely to your death, you come to peace with the situation knowing that the mininuke will vaporize the horde.
You fly across the street and crash through the window of a pillow factory, landing safely in the "Pile-o-Pillow" departmentYou have survived! You have some cuts and bruises from crashing through a few windows and some wounds from dealing with zombies, but you have survived.
You hear a tremendous BOOOOOOOOOOMYou race to the door of the factory and look out. The office tower is looking a little shorter than it was earlier, and has a lot of fire coming from it.
You walk back to the pile of pillows and fall asleep...
It would certainly be cool to see this, at least for me. Would the uncontrolled flying through the air be turn based or played like an animation sequence, since you won't necessarily be able to do anything during flight. I'd probably vote for the turn based with only non-movement actions being allowed (assuming consciousness) so you can maybe drop grenades or fire some weapons down on targets mid flight. I can also see it as a turn-by-turn animation.
