Troll Woodcutter

A troll woodcutter appeared.. What?

And now an engineer.

And a metalcrafter.

I've been playing DF for some time, and this actually never happened.

...are you playing with mods?

Or are you getting announcements that "The troll woodcutter Someone has come!"?  If so, it's possible they're werecreatures that aren't currently transformed.  Seeing 3 like that seems pretty unlikely though.

Goblin siege. Trolls started coming, and i checked how many there were, and there was a woodcutter. Later, they got into the forest, and somehow one became a mechanic, and one a metalworker. I'm playing vanilla and not reclaiming anything. Just an ordinary siege. One became a woodcutter on his way to the fortress.

Yes, trolls do have civilian profession from time to time. I guess goblins employ them off-stuff-breaking-duty as civil servants.

But he was an ordinary troll when he arrived, he became a woodcutter when he was moving to the fort.
