A good portion of the Forum Turn happens at homebase, where you will have access to everything. And the game takes place in December in New England; whether or not you have snow-worthy clothes could become important.

Rain? Fuck, she's used to Rain. She can walk miles in the shit without so much as a coat.

At what point in being incapacitated does one die?

Well, for the most part, death can be reversed. As long as your soul is fine, and you have a body to go back to, it can be reversed pretty easily. The exceptions being magical contracts involving your death, damage to the soul, or a Manipulator or other powerful soul player desperate enough to want your soul.

That's up to the GM. Weird is pretty lenient about it, so unless you take a particularly hard mission and end up against a giant, you probably won't die all that easily.
My guess? Probably the negative of your maximum HP.(So 20 health would require -20 for physical death) Don't take my word on that though.

The only character I remember killing off in that campaign was Lilli's, and that was only because he Rage Quit.

That said, with known quality Roleplayers like Crypt and Lilli on the waitlist, I may be a bit more murderous this time around.

The system that we're basing it off of DOES have a -200%/-50 HP limit, whichever one is lower.

Well, the death was more a "Bored of this character, didn't develop him right" kind of thing. My ragequit character went off to a mage college in Ireland or something as I recall. How's he doing, by the way?

Updated my inventory! Highlights include a survival kit (A priest of Vich Gor'Teerech wouldn't be caught dead moving to a new country without one) and a number of religious pamphlets to foist off on the other players.
