I still need to put in the rules/prerequisits for raising skills to higher levels and for taking specialized ranks in a skill. I'll likely get to those this evening. For now, the only way you are allowed to raise a skill past Rank 3 is by raising a Common Knowledge skill to 4 during the skills step of character creation.

Also, I swapped around the amount of growth and feature points required to level up. It should be 1 feature point or two growth points. Until Kuji fixes that, his sample sheet will be inaccurate in that regard.

Edit: I just noticed Kuji had a blank sheet up, and fixed the issue there.

If you are talking of HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack and Special Defense those are the basic stats that are set by:

A Mages HP stat starts at 8, and all his other stats start at 4. You may then distribute 20 stat points as you see fit, so long as you characters HP stat doesn't exceed 20, and none of the other stats exceed 15.
