The caster strikes a pose and then assumes the form of a small bird. While in sparrow form the caster's max HP becomes 15. While in sparrow form the caster's speed stage is set to +6. While in sparrow form the caster uses a Speed Defensive Stance with Natural/Flow as a defensive element. While in sparrow form the caster can fly 10 meters per round. While in sparrow form you may not use any maneuvers that don't specially mention a transformed state, and may not use any spells that require talking in the Description & Effects box.
