"And from life, purpose."

Create the 'Soul'. Every being capable of thinking and learning shall be born, or if made, recieve, a tiny fragment of The Caged One. Without it they shall die. The shard is the person, it is Who They Are. Over life the soul shall grow in proportion to the person, and their will, intelligence, abilities, prowess, and impact upon the world. Souls that exceed a certain threshold shall be deemed Heroic and have special qualities, and souls that grow beyond even that shall be deemed Legendary. On death, the soul shall linger upon their site of demise as a orb of wispy smoke for a short length proportional to the power of the soul, and then fade away into the leylines, returning to The Caged One and growing it.

Ar'kahal groaned.

"This is complicated."

Create Dead Man's Cap, a brown, tasty, nutritious bundt cake-sized mushroom that thrives on dead matter and purifies toxins. The spores can spread by air or by passing through digestive tracts.

"I wonder who is the jackass who used chlorine instead of oxygen?"
"Why that would be me! You know, the only god to do anything on their own about it, and the maker of those trees the only others to care at all fiddled with to complicate everything. You're welcome, little Maggot, for having an atmosphere at all and anything that cares about it.

Nice try on the fungus, at least, but maybe I'll have better luck with it. Not that I'd mind a backup plan, if you're still of a mind to fix things."

"I'm just saying you fucked up my favorite pass time. And of course I will help fix it."
Make small organisms that do not require oxygen, since we seem to have to make them like that, and breaks down dead matter. (I.e. Dead trees and animals.)

Create a species of small burrowing insect that will eat almost anything, from flesh to steel. Their waste will fertilize the soil. Call them Drill Beetles.
Make sure they dont attack Thoquas or Gribbers. They may still eat their corpses though.
They are scarab sized, too small to normally attack Thoquas. Only when they swarm...

Well, let's say you're going away from Earth on huge spaceship and suddenly shit goes wrong and you have Super Mutants. Social Experiments prepared them for this.

((Probably because minor gods don't get as much power as major gods - the other minor gods did their thing first, leaving no power for you. If they helped you, things may have gone differently. That's how minor gods work from what I've gathered - one action per turn for all of them.))

Doesn't each player get +1 Power/turn?

((Yes, but you're not a player. You're a waitlister - all you do is suggest.))

((Sorry for being unclear. I thought an observer slot would be a good compromise for a low player number. I have amended))
Quote
Watchers get to make and vote on suggestions, at one per turn, with power based on the number voting for it.

((Into))
Quote
After the first four players, observers, who play as minor gods, get control over a special 'fifth' slot. This slot only gets one action per turn, and does not gain power like the normal gods. Bonuses to its actions are based on the number of observers voting for it, scaling like normal gods' actions scale with power used.

((Better?))

Is it possible for Observers to gain full Godhood?

((Yes. Either kick another god out [Hurt their spheres. A chaotic hate cult would hurt Yon, for example], or wait for them to drop out. I'll then choose who gets in, and they'll get a chance to mutate to fill their new role [Say, so they could gain power from their hate cult]. More esoteric spheres will be harder to hurt someone through, but will hurt more. Major godhood is lost below 0.5 Power.))

((That's sadly limiting. I was hoping for a way to get more than four gods in at once. However, I now have a plan...))

"Fellow 'minor' gods, I think I have a solution to our problems. We need to kick out those abusive 'greater gods' and replace them with more reasonable ones. Who shall we target?"
