Speaking of...

Hardcore Liberal Crime Squad:
- Committing crimes actually turns public opinion against you.
- Your founder's death ends the game
- Anyone you seduce might actually be an undercover Agent/Police Officer

Casual Crusader Kings 2
- Everyone thinks you're a swell guy, even if you're a gay excommunicated hunchback with a tendency to impale people.
- All the money you would receive in the main game is doubled.
- Even if the lords hate you, they will never dip below giving you half their levy.

The first is sort of true, when you commit crimes against non-conservatives.
The second is true
The third would not make the game much more difficult.

Try harder :P

Second is not true. Any liberal with 500 or more Juice may take the place of the Founder if they die.

I didn't say "crimes against non-conservatives". I said crimes. As in, ALL crimes.
The second one is not true last I checked. It's difficult, but someone else can take control of the squad and the game will continue.
And yes, when your "unconditional love slave" just might assassinate a high-ranking squad member thanks to being an undercover Agent it tends to make the game more difficult.

Hardcore dota 2: Every new match the game autoselects Meepo for you.

Hardcore victoria 2: Your low class citizens will auto revolt if you tax them above 50%, your middle class constantly bickers you to tax it less, the upper class hates capitalists and you can never change your government type.

Hardcore bloodbowl: you can only play as vampires, halflings and goblins. The first league always haves ogres, chaos and dark elves. Your vampire team must always have 6 vampires.

It's strange how many people don't realize that hard and hardcore arent't the smae. Also, hardcore =/= pettyless and annoying.

Hardcore Dwarf Fortress: You have to play through the childhood of your starting 7 in Adventure Mode to make up their starting stats and skills. You could leave it to the AI, but it's Dwarf Fortress' AI.

You have said it, it will now be done. I'm not joking, the feature set is coming up, right down to picking life events LCS style (hopefully with more depth).

I'd love the option to have my starting seven chosen at random from the pool of dwarves in the world. It'd make for very interesting starts. There should always be a default miner though. Unless you want to go Hardercore.

A group of 7 craftsmen embark to begin a new dwarven settlement. Without either a pick or axe of any sort.

As long as they have a log and a building material they are fine. Hell, just use the wagon.

Unless you picked glacier...

Hardcore Pacman: You do not directly control pacman; rather, you must pre-program all his moves, using your understanding of ghost behavior to predict correctly.

Un-Pacman: You control all of the ghosts simultaneously, while Pacman is controlled by the AI. You must both prevent the ghosts from accidentally trapping and killing Pacman (all of them are moved by any movement you make) while keeping him from killing the ghosts whenever he gets a power pellet.

If there is no wood on your embark bring a chunk of metal, one of stone and a log. This is a guess, my idea below.
