Adelaide bumped Ralai on the head for a third time, cleansing all her wounds.

She turned to Elian, for a moment, who was also hurt and needed help. Damn staff recharge time.

"Be careful attacking any more until I heal you, Elian..." She said, concern in her voice. She didn't want him to get hurt, not while she was around, anyway.

Then, Adelaide pointed out the nearest bandit, and shrieked.

"Eeeee!

Ooh, look there! It's a sort of cute but not like me bandit...whose also a woman-with purple armor and red hair! You can't miss her. Go, go! She's got an axe, though, and you've all got swords so it shouldn't be much of a fight...but she looks pretty dangerous, so be careful...

Now-Move up, and block her off from trying to attack me and steal my valuable goods...quickly, now...!" She said, perhaps meaning her gold or her womanly assets.

Then motioning for them to move forward and block off the bandits avenue of attack to the South and East. That way she wouldn't be tempted to attack their vulnerable and cute healer.

Action: Heal Ralai thricely!

Clair look at the odd healer

:"Cute? I thought those was of little things like kittens and puppies."

Says the 6 foot bandit.

[Dwarmin]

"Eeeeee! It's talking to me!" Adelaide eee'd

Then she blinked.

"Wait, why are you talking to me? You're a bandit, right? Bandits are not usually into the whole 'let's talk this over' thing...

...Hey, cute is a matter of perspective. Your hair, for example, is fashionably messy but well rounded by bold choice of headband. Your muscles and your big axe are probably pretty fetching to alot of guys, you know? Just because you're a horrible, immoral bandit woman doesn't mean you can't consider yourself beautiful. Small or stylish like me, or big and fashionable like you, it all works out if you believe in yourself.

Also, um, surrender or we'll kill you.

They'll kill you. I couldn't hurt a fly! But I will conveniently support those who would kill you! Which makes me an accessory, technically...so, uh, surrender you fiend. Sorry! I'm sure you're a very nice person otherwise, but this is business."

Clair look at the pile of bodies

:"Well, your team? does seem very good at the killing bandits business.

She thinks

:"Tell you what, there a man, current in those woods, very drunk at the moment. I can calm him down, either with a few words or the blunt side of my axe when he like that. Promises to spare him and I'll surrender, don't care about what you do to the rest, we have a deal?"

[Dwarmin]

"Well, the ultimate decision is up to my boss, Mr. Foster...but, I'll say as long as you, or this man you're talking about hasn't hurt anyone around here, we'll let you both surrender. You should talk to him, though-he's that handsome looking Austryn standing over there, with the harp.

Uh, also, can you give your big axe to this hooded fellow before you go? We'll give it back later, but for all we know you're lying and waiting to attack us once you have a chance. Business, right? Can't be too careful!" She said, pointing to Elian.

Clair tosses the axe at Elian.

:"There you go."

[Dwarmin]

"Oh, how polite of you.

My name's Adelaide, by the way. What do you call yourself?

Up to this point I was just referring to you in my mind as 'Bandit Female G', but we can fix that now." She comments, nodding.

Ah, the power of diplomacy. Adelaide noted she would have to thank Jadyne later, for giving her the insight to help resolve this battle peacefully.

:"Clair, Miss. 'Bandit Female G', huh? I go for numbers myself 'Healer 1'."

[Dwarmin]

"That's me, always number one!

Nice to meet you, Miss Clair.

So, um...are you a real bandit? You don't seem very...bandit-ish...I mean, you're wearing nice clothes, and you have all your teeth. How'd you fall in with this lot?"

:"Probable the same way every other bandit started. I was in a rough patch and banditry was the only job were your co-workers don't care about your past, not that it was of my making in my case, just bad parentage."

[Dwarmin]

"Ah, well I can sympathize...we're not really into judgement's here...given what my people do is sometimes not so different from your people.

We just get paid more, and have contracts signed up beforehand. Have you ever thought of going professional? It's totally legit, I swear! Uh, here's our advertising poster-Mr. Foster said we didn't need them, but I make them myself and hand them out to everyone we meet."

She reached in her belt pouch and handed Clair a parchment.

:"I think you're missing 'most humble' from your list of titles, but yeah, it sure beat what I'm currently doing."

Nathara felt a twinge of regret as the thief rolled around on the ground dying; but nothing crippling (she'd had to fight a few thieves and such off while trying to be a wandering mage). However, there were other things to do now. Nathara watched Tyrone fight.
:"Here! I'll help you out!"
She ran a distance from the battle (yet not a large distance by any means), flipping through her tome and looking up at the runes on her hood- and firing a blast of magic off at Tyrone's opponent.

Elian casts a glance at Adelaide. "You should stop talking to the enemy."

:"I think you're missing 'most humble' from your list of titles, but yeah, it sure beat what I'm currently doing."

"Wait- so you're just going to switch sides, just like that?"

[Dwarmin]

Adelaide waved her hands innocently.

"Hey, hey! We're just making conversation! Nothings official yet. And, she talked to me first!

You've got her axe, Elian, she's not going to cause any more trouble, anyway."
