A peace offering to whom? To Koran, no. If to Po, sure, why not. We don't need another front right now anyways, but information on Drega - that they seemed to fight with - would be very much welcome.

Else I would agree with the two before me, but the puppet state will need to be set up in a way that it won't slighten our income. Be sure to set up some loyalists that pretty much run the country.
