I'd like to say that if you guys don't want to work on a proposal, we can always skip that part and choose where your secret base will be. And then after that we'll finally get to perform some good-old science.

I'm thinking either the Alpine fortress or the Chateau.. the Lab in Berlin is just a bad idea due to much observation over everything. Desert is just not that good, in my opinion, as well as the forest base. Not quite sure about the U-boat base, though.
