Super Amazing Illustrated Quest Adventure Game: The Game!

The brownlands were always the home of my family. We lived here for nigh-on ten generations, farming the land for blue goo. Then, one day, He showed up. He wanted many things, but most of all he wanted power. Do you know how much magic is contained within the blood of the innocent? He could never have left us alone, could he? Well, it looks like the past finally caught up with my family. All of them, lying in puddles of blood on the floorboards. House bare of anything of value. And me, sitting there in the middle of it all. I'll get my vengeance one day. I gave myself to the power as well. But first, I must become stronger. That's why I'm leaving. I'll find fortune and power aplenty in the other, less settled lands. He will pay eventually. First, though, I must be on my way. What to do first?
