"Of course."

Walking out of the room, Brann made his way to Wilfort. Snagging one of the vulns off his belt, he quickly used it to revive the young prince.

"Prince Wilfort, the battle is over. Ceil is healing people, and the councilman wishes to see you and the princess as soon as possible."

Wilfort woke immediately, coughing up some blood and then spitting out a little more. "Yeurgh, I feel wretched." Wilfort turned his head sharply to one side, producing a loud crack. "How is everyone? We all pull through?"

"It looks that way. It wasn't easy but I think everyone's going to survive without any serious injuries. Ceil's looking after the worst hurt while the rest of us are doing patch work as needed. It wasn't an easy fight. The other half of the group had it worse than us it looks like though..."

"You'll have to forgive me if I doubt that." Wilfort said, then slowly began rising to his feet, teeth clenched as he did so. "Damn dark magic. I feel like my bones are all burning." Wilfort gave himself a quick visual inspection. "My clothes are ruined and my armor is dented. This sucks."

"Maybe you're right. I'm just going by what I saw, who knows. Not worth comparing I suppose. As for your clothes and armor, I'm sure the councilman has people that can fix the armor, and we can get new clothes. You're alive, that's what important. I need to change into my new coat as well. I forgot to do that this morning it seems..."

"Probably a good thing too, the one you're wearing isn't in such hot shape either." Wilfort sighed. "He's going to want to get rid of us fast you know. He was totally right about us bringing him trouble- don't suppose I can blame him, really."

"He owes us now though. Despite the fact that we may have been the cause of this trouble, we still just saved his life. We were already planning on leaving soon anyways, but he can give us some time to get collected and healed and get any needed supplies and such. If he doesn't...

Brann sighed. He was slowly losing hope in his country and didn't know how much more of this he could take.

"Well, I can hope. I hope he'll still give us some of that monetary support he was talking about, but you never know. Would you mind getting Diana? We better have Ceil give the pair of us a once over, since we're going to have another audience right away, and I'd like to project some strength I don't really have just now."

"Of course."

With a nod, Brann headed back down the corridor. Spying Ceil first, he walked over to her.

"Excuse me, Ceil, the prince and the princess need to go talk to the councilman. Wilfort requested that you give them both a once over with your staff since they both need healing."

Ceil nodded as she continued her work.
: "Yes, I believe everyone else has been accounted for." The priest took a glance at the ring now on her finger.
: "And, thank you." Ceil smiled back for a brief moment before walking past Brann down the corridor, off to check up on Wilfort and the archers.

"I... I'm glad it could help."

Smiling after the healer, he stood there for a few seconds before shaking himself and walking over to Diana.

"Excuse me, Princess Diana? The councilor wishes to speak to you and Prince Wilfort as soon as possible. Ceil is headed to take care of Wilfort, so that's taken care of."

With Jago and Diana's help, Ursa slowly managed to sit upright. He still hurt quite a bit, but he assumed the danger had passed.

: "Ughhhhhhh...Princess okay? Did we win? Ursa not feel like we won, but..."

Wilfort waves to Ceil at her approach. "How was your end of the battle? We got a little creamed- In point of fact, I didn't actually see the end."

Enoch laid up against the pillar, his wounds healed, the burning bile gone, and the arrow since removed from him by Ceil's ministrations. He stared at the direction the enemies came from, watching intently, his eyes moving about without pattern, as if watching something only he could see.

He held his hand in front of his face, a ring slowly being rotated by his fingers. Each glance through the hole of the ring gave him sight. With a deep breath, he placed the ring on his finger.

Ceil blinked at Wilfort, taking a moment to ponder his wounds before answering.
: "Grueling would be an understatement." Her staff blinked with a bright light for a moment, and Wilfort's wounds began to heal much faster than normal, "...We would not have survived had the enemy remained even a minute longer."
