Diana shrugged.

"If you're sure, miss Ciel."

The older woman had a point about the smell of blood, but there wasn't much that could be done about it. The walls, the floors.... even her clothes were pretty bloody, and not all of the red staining them was her own.

"We'll hurry and try to get through this as quickly as possible, OK?"

: "If Princess plan to take things from here, also plan to take Legend Axe? Princess said it not be used against humans, but maybe not smart to let Ex-tens have it."

Diana nodded.

"If they left Gram here, I will take it. It is a weapon that should only be wielded by a descendant of Durhiel himself."

She considered Ursa for a moment before turning her eyes back toward the throne room.

...Or perhaps a champion of one of his descendants, if she isn't able to wield it herself...

Ursa nodded in approval.

: "Good. If Legend Weapons as strong as Princess says, not smart to let Ex-tens have them."

He tastefully avoided pointing out that Diana had just recently said that she didn't know how to use axes, and thus it probably wouldn't be safe for her to wield any axes just yet...

As Diana rounded the corner, she saw the tower of man and metal that was General Eren, standing before the throne.

"So this is how you repay the kindness of my liege, then? Lead humanely kept prisoners in a bloody revolt and kill the soldiers under my command?"

"Kindness?! Is it kindness to kill my family, take over our lands, and attempt to force me into marriage to the son of the man who did this, all on a whim? Retreat now and I will spare your life, General. I won't make this offer a second time."

(Ugh, didn't realize he wasn't on the throne considering his unit is there. Editing.)

"King Ansel already explained his reasons. But if you're not interested in marrying the prince, I suppose we can have you fitted for a coffin rather than a wedding gown. Eren placed his helm upon his head and lowered his spear. "I suppose after what your father chose to do, I shouldn't be surprised that you'll not be satisfied until your blood paints the throne room. I'll give your regards to the King."
