"But what if you had died Jago? No one would want a victory with you as the cost."

:"I... guess I'm pretty glad I didn't die, huh? I mean... if I do face any more apocalyptic dragons I guess I'll be a bit more careful but I don't see that happening anytime soon."

Otiros didn't say a single word for now, instead he approached the Ursa, as he was the one carrying the dragon's head. At first he simply saluted before resting a gloved hand on the dragon's mouth.
"Biggs, Wedge. May you two finally rest in peace, we did it. And I will make sure your names will not be forgotten. Ursa, I am very aware you do not like archers, but may I remove the fangs of this dragon? I do wish to forge something with them in the future."

Ursa frowned.

: "Armored Archer should ask Brann. Dragon head belongs to him."

"Very well then, I will do so. And as I am not sure if our paths will cross again in the future, I would like to say it has been a pleasure to work in this group. This certainly does include you, Ursa."
Otiros gave a slow nod before moving towards Brann this time, giving a brief salute to greet him.
"I know this is a very awkward request, but as you were the one to slay the dragon, Do you give me the permission to remove its fangs? I have something planned, to make sure the name of two soldiers will not be forgotten at all."

Anita groaned.

"That wasn't the point..." she grumbled to herself. But how could he get the point if she danced around it herself? Maybe subtlety wasn't the way to approach it.

"Jago, you're... uh, special. To me, I mean." She paused, feeling extremely embarrassed.

"I guess what I was trying to say earlier was that... I'd be sad. If you died."

Jago, even as airheaded as he was, couldn't miss that particular bombshell.
:"Oh! Oh, uh, vice versa, you know, and... yeah! Uh... yeah! I don't like to think of it so pessimistically, haha, but Iiii have appreciated the time we've spent together and all?"

"Yeah! Me... Me too." She just looked at Jago for a little bit, a slight smile on her face.

"H-Hey," she said, suddenly more focused on her feet. "D-Do you wanna, um, maybe... keep spending time with me?"

Jago thought about it for a second, and then, grinning:
:"...yeah, I don't really have anywhere I'm planning to go to, so... yeah, sure!"

Brann looked at the armored archer and shrugged.

"I have no interest in keeping any part of it, so do what needs done. The two soldiers... those two who fell when Ursa and I rescued you all from the dungeon I assume?"

"Thank you. And yes, those two. They were brave soldiers, and I will make sure people won't forget about their name. I will just have to look for a blacksmith...Once we get some time to really breath, that is. For now it seems there is a lot to be done and repaired."

Otiros gave a slow nod before moving near Ursa again to be able to remove those fangs. Honestly, he wasn't too sure what he could say to Diana...Or to the others, with all the chaos they passed through it was hard to think of some decent words to express himself. Hell, even the future was confusing for him.

Anita wrapped her arms Jago, hugging him.

"Thank you, Jago. That makes me... really happy."

"With all due respect to Armad, I'm not going back to my homeland. I think I will remain at the side of Queen Diana." Oscar grinned, wondering if this little clue will have such a big impact as if it would have few days earlier.

"Someone has to keep an eye on her back, after all."

Armad looked back the way the group had come for a long moment, then back to the other two. "Then I suppose this is it. We make our way out, and go our separate ways."

"I'll head with Diana as far as her capital. Then I'm headed to Ulfijan with Brann. And, presumably, Ceil?" Wilfort left the question to hang in the air.

"Er, your highness prince Armad, could I trouble you to bring me along? At least as far as Worus's border, if I may ask?"

"Absolutely. I'll see to it that you are returned home safely."

Jago paused for a surprised second... but wrapped his arms around Anita in turn.
