Lucas listened to Enoch with his eyes closed, deciphering his rhymes as he spoke, not noticing his creepy smile until he looked at him again. He felt a little strange, not so much by the grin but also because of the misunderstanding.

Hmm, I had the feeling that the rhyming wasn't a real curse. I've heard of silence curses, but not such a complex one. But anyways, I actually meant your "reaction" to being in contact with iron.

The team buys 5 sets of vulns. One set goes to Tyrn, one set goes to Otiros, two sets go to Wilfort, and one set goes to Oscar

Brann considered saying some more, but then shook his head and stood up.

"I... Yeah. I'd like to hear more about you and your beliefs, but not right now. I should go make sure we have all the supplies we need. I... I hope you enjoy the gift and I'll see you later."

A young woman approached the group slowly, looking at all of them, but mostly Diana and Ursa. She came into speaking distance, opened her mouth, and closed it again, looking back and forth between Ursa and Diana again before saying anything.

"Excuse me, but are you the associates of Lord Wilfort?"

Enoch was actually taken off guard by what the man had said, his teeth-bearing smile sinking into a more neutral (if tense) pose. He thought for a bit trying to recall how--before he remembered: the dock. He had been hurt bad, and wasn't paying attention to what he was saying.

The diminutive mage relaxed a touch, looking off to the side for a moment before just coming out with it. Not like he hasn't already told two, although he'd prefer it not be too... Known. He made care to speak quietly enough that only Lucas would hear.

"Ah, yes. The reaction. Traction with metal is quite the infraction, not an action I wish to participate in. It is but a fraction of the transaction." The man said, reaching into his robes to pull out his knife.

A bronze, single edged carving knife that's seen some frequent use from the looks of it. He held it by the handle, then the blade, feeling the edge gingerly with his thumb before pressing down. Drawing blood, he wiped the knife on the sleeve of his robe and placed his knife back in its hidden sheath under his robes. The man scratched softly at the cut on his thumb, but overall didn't seem too concerned, showing it to Lucas.

"The interaction is not an abstraction to metal, but iron and its alloy, that of which I have a... Dissatisfaction." The man simply explained to the curious shaman. "Is there anything else you care to know, that which I have to spare and share to the air about my affair?"

Well, you see... My intention is to find out if and how can we use this curse against our enemies. Such a reaction against the most common metal in weaponry could bring down entire armies.

And since you've been living with it, I'd guess that you know more about it.

"...!"

Diana quickly disengaged and backed away, smoothing her skirt down as she did so and trying to make herself look presentable.

"Er, yes, we are. That is, I'm Diana. Pleased to meet you, miss...?"

"My name is Neeya, miss. Please follow me- i've been instructed to collect you." Neeya beckoned the group to follow her away from the dock.

Ursa looked at Diana and shrugged, indicating that the choice of following Neeya or not was up to the Princess.

Diana looked at Ursa and tilted her head towards Neeya, indicating she wanted him to come with her as she started following her.

Oscar, after a brief bout of hesitation, followed Diana as she went, however keeping away from Ursa.

It was hard to do so.

Ursa of course followed along. The exact politics going on might be outside his understanding, but he knew that plenty of people wanted Diana hurt or worse and so it wouldn't be smart for her to go anywhere alone.

Brann continued to follow along with the group, keeping a distance from Ceil, in an attempt to dampen some of the embarrassment from earlier.

Enoch scratched at his cut thumb as he listened to the shaman, thinking on what he said. A smile cracked on his face and he gave a soft laugh at whatever thought occurred to him, before shaking his head.

"I know some who would be quite glad if such were to be a fad, others quite mad however, and a few sad. I shan't be terse, there is no curse. As I've said, is your verse. Was a deal, no other spiel, but one I've given my own seal. But--" The man rubbed his scratched thumb into his palm, smearing a bit of blood on it. "There is appeal and perhaps, with some zeal..." The man feel silent, looking at his palm for a bit in thought.

"Despite the rebut, I think it could be made right, make others feel that blight's bite. The thought a delight of the mind, its not something I can do outright, but perhaps a goal not out of sight." The mage replied after his pondering, half to the shaman, half to himself.
