5.11

"That's a lot of pirates. Do we kill them all?" He asked Princess quietly.

Lucas looked at the soldier a little hesitant.

Are you sure she's alright? Well, now there's bigger concerns. I guess I can try this gauntlet Wilfort gave me on those pirates.

Hold.

Diana nodded to Ursa, then turned her attention to Oscar.

"All of them. They're a scourge no different than bandits. If they run we'll let them go, and if they surrender, we'll leave it up to the captain if he wants to show mercy; it's his ship and therefore his decision about prisoners. But until then, we fight to their deaths."

The group assumes battle formation. Sort of.

~Enemy Phase 1~

The ships come closer together and a pair of pirates with bows drop heavy planks across the gap, allowing for easy transit between the two ships. The nearby spear carrying pirates do not take advantage of this, but throw weapons at Brann and Felicia instead.

Quote
Spearfisher A attacks Felicia!
99+15-10-30=74
Roll: 56-Hit!
23+1-4=20 Damage!

Spearfisher A attacks again!
Roll: 21-Hit!
20 Damage!

Quote
Spearfisher B attacks Brann!
94+15-39-15-5-20=30
Roll: 91-Miss!

Several pirates leap into the water. A few others leap swing across the gap, weapons in hand.

Quote
Pirate B attacks Lucas!
97-30=67
Roll: 35-Hit!
28-3=25 Damage!

Lucas counters!
100-28=72
Roll: 60-Hit!
22-1=21 Damage!

And some begin making the walk across the planks, as others line up to do the same.

Quote
Wizard A attacks Tyrn!
96-17=79
Roll: 38-Hit!
23-6=17 Damage!

~Ally Phase 1~

Farris takes some time to set the wheel in place.

~Player Phase 2~

Enoch smiled at the approaching pirates, anxious to get into the action. But not yet, there's few places that the diminutive mage could go that would be considered wise.

Willing to bid his time, Enoch walked east one, applying a vuln to the shaman's wounds.

"Do cause much pain, I wouldn't wish such medicine in vain for him being so plainly slain." The mage grinned as he indicated the pirate the man was about to blast, encouraging the shaman to enjoy himself.
