Wilfort leads the group through a small disguised passageway that comes out near the stables.

"Grab horses for anyone who can ride. We need to get to the City of Einjar, to the north. We can catch a boat to Worus from there." Wilfort turned his eyes skyward, scanning the clouds.

[Swordstar]

"What's the point in going to Worus? As much as I would love to go home, they already surrendered to Ansel. If he finds out we're there, he could just demand they give us up and they'd probably do it."

[Blade Master Model 42]

"Well I don't plan to show up as Prince Wilfort Ulfijan, last scion of Ulfijan. I'll make up a name. Uh... Thomas or something."

"Besides, if you're from Worus, you already know that the Elders can never agree on anything. Majority rule may have caused a surrender, but I guarantee at least one of them would be willing to grant us asylum. From there... I don't know what we'll do. But it's better than fleeing into the wilderness to starve and die."

Ceil collapsed on her knee as they led into the stables. Still composed, she immediately brushed the heavy robe on her leg away and held her staff tightly above it. The gem of the staff glowed softly, while there were no surface injuries it seemed to be working on bone deeper in.
: "Ngh... The prince is correct in this. There are few options. Of what is left, Worus is likely the easiest place to go unnoticed..."

Jago tiredly put his palm over his eyes.
:"I think- I think literally every fucking kingdom has been taken over or surrendered."
He looks at Freya concernedly.

Diana turned her eyes to the east.

Brann ran a hand through his hair and sighed.

"Fine. But if this backfires, I did warn you."

Walking away from the prince and absorbed in thoughts of home, he almost ran straight into Ceil. Embarrassed, he quickly apologized,

"Ah, I'm sorry. I should have been paying better attention to where I was going. I just... was caught up in thoughts of returning home. I am not sure it is the wisest move for us to be returning to Worus, but it is not my decision and so I was just worrying pointlessly and I was distracted.

He paused and then continued, offering her hand,

"Here, allow me to help you. It seems only right that I help you after all you've done for us.. If it weren't for you, I doubt we would have made it out of here alive. Not that it's a sure thing yet. We're getting horses for those who need them and getting out of here. Would you like me to grab one for you?"

"The only way is through Osngaria. The high mountains that ring it on every side but Osngaria's assure that no rain ever reaches it. And it is drier than a Wyvern's ass. Princess, if you plan to go into hiding, there are better places to do it. Now let's get mounted up, we need to go."
