"Says a man in bulky, heavy armor." Oscard commented, not going to be picked at by a knight.

"...milady, my apologies but I question the wisdom of bringing along anyone at all. It could be a risk and lose us time."

Diana looked down.

"I know... but we're all headed the same way anyway, aren't we? Wouldn't it be better to stick together for now? The alternative is leaving these people to fend for themselves. If we're all together, we would be much stronger if anything were to happen."

Tyrn glared in the general direction of most of the room's occupants.
:"They are looking for a small group, a band of mercenaries would be bereft of notice. Plus if we do run into trouble, the extra men would help. Besides, it too early for a mole to already be put out."

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Heedless of all the talk, Ceil approached Biggs and Wedge, quickly appraising the wounds on them.
: "Gentlemen." She nodded on her way over. "Hmm. A bit worse than the last, but it's still workable. Do either of you mind? I'd rather not our saviors continued injured."

"No, we'd be grateful for the help. Thank you very much, ma'am."

Otiros just remained quiet and watching for now.

The robed mage, who had been listening to the group from his previous position for a while, finally stepped forward and gave a courteous bow to the armored men and women.

"Great thanks, I feared we'd be planks in the ground due to axes in our flanks."

"Might one know who is the light that saved us from such great fright?"

Diana sighed. Well, she would hate to start this off on the wrong foot with everyone and if they did travel with her, they would find out sooner or later.

"...My name is Diana Durhiel. These are my guards: Otiros, Tyrn, Freya, Biggs, and Wedge."

She pointed out each in turn.

"A pleasure I'm sure, our heroes who prevented us from being reduced to zeroes by those curs. Introductions are in turns, no? So lets make sure everyone learns. Enoch Earlking is the name that I do sing." The robed man decreed to the group pleasantly, he seemed quite happy despite the previous situation.

Otiros presented a brief salute and nodded.

"I am Otiros, one of the archers assisting Diana."

"Nice to make your acquaintance, Enoch."

She looked at Jago and Ciel expectantly. She already knew Oscar's name.

Jago's eyebrows shot waaayyy up, and his jaw dropped matchingly down. When he starts talking, he goes from halting speech to a rapid babble.
:"Durhiel... W... Wow! That's... Wow! I dunno what to... to say... Wow! Oh, right, yeah, I should probably introduce myself too... I'm Jago Teague, archer from this tiny town called Rellereag, in the middle of Ulfijan, and, wow, I'm from such a tiny town, I didn'tquiteexpectsomethinglikethistohappen, and! Wow!"
Jago continues to be stunned BECAUSE A PRINCESS WOW WHAT!

Diana laughed nervously.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance, Jago."

She hadn't met many 'commonfolk' before - although she would've liked to - so she hadn't expected this kind of reaction.

: "Ah, well color me surprised." Ceil said as she angled her head around to listen, while working on the injuries of the cavaliers, "It certainly explains the large entourage."

Neither Biggs nor Wedge said anything as they were healed, though a disapproving look crossed Bigg's face when Diana revealed herself.
