So I am going to start to construct a high end gaming computer and I would like someone to go over the parts I'm thinking about getting:

Any obvious problem I'm missing? (i.e. Things not fitting together, Not enough wattage, Missing a really important part, etc.) I'm relatively new to the construction of computers.
Also any suggestion for cheaper components that are about as or even more powerful? Thank you in advance.

Wouldn't recommend the coolmax PSU. They're cheaply made and liable not to have all the actual cables you'll want.

Edit: a review shows that another Coolmax PSU advertised at 500W could only get 330W before frying, and became too loud and shakey over 260W, as well as not meeting various US safety regulations.

You're looking at buying a really nice processor and graphics card. It would suck if that PSU destroyed them.

AMD are a bit rubbish atm, get an i5 for almost same price.

Better having 4 fast cores than 8 slow cores imo especially with gaming where most games still only support 1 or 2 cores.

Roughly same price but intel has some 30% more performance and uses much less power doing so since it has 1/2 the cores.
