There's a character limit so I don't think that would fit. How about I try just Finklefife?

Character names... Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Sony... so on? Seems to write himself.

Plus, we won't have to feel bad if/when they inevitably die! "Microsoft was killed!" "About time!"

So general consensus is to make them the anthropomorphic personification of various disliked companies.

Here's hoping I don't get cd'd.

That's pretty well within fair use. Also, no offense, but Microsoft just doesn't care about your obscure blogspot. :P

I know I'm no big name I just prefer to error on the side of caution when it comes to IP laws.
And before anybody asks, I asked for and received permission to do the LP from the games Dev.

Oh and on a completely unrelated note part two is up.

Hmm... fuel would be a big plus. And if this is anything like Oregon Trail, having a lot of ammo will be a good thing - doubly so if you have to kill zombies as well as animals when hunting!

Getting one medkit in case we get attacked might be a good thing, but I could care less about the survival of the rest of our party.  ;)

And finally... what are the options for dealing with a bitten party member? Can you cure the infection with a medkit? Or does it go away eventually, assuming the victim doesn't die?

As far as I can tell bite infection is permanent, you can use medkits to treat the symptoms but that's it. If we want to keep an infected party member around long term we should try and get the combat skill that let's us find medkits while scavenging.

Oh and you don't hunt in the game ammo is only used to kill zombies and the odd bandit, still useful but I'm usually better off just trying to dodge around zeds.

I'll explain the way scavenging actually works in the next update.

I say get a little ammo and car parts, and enough food that we don't starve if our initial scavenging is unlucky, and spend the rest on fuel. I wanna keep the car...
