I... Ok. Here's how it is.

If we want to use the divine bow, we need to buy the bow crystal. Thanks to Diana, we can now afford the bow. But, we then couldn't buy another heal staff/a tome for Ceil. We have a total of 28 staff uses with all of her stuff and 18 full vulns, plus a full elixir and 1 2/3 vuln and 1 1/3 vuln. So basically 19 full vulns and a full elixir. So we could buy just the bow crystal, leave Ceil with no tome and figure that we can pick up a staff at the next set of shops. Which is a tad risky but possibly doable. Or, we could sell my Shamshir, get 600 gold, buy a tome and bow crystal, or a heal staff and the crystal. Or, we could do none of the above, just buy a heal staff and a tome for Ceil and have a useless divine bow. Thoughts are appreciated.

(Or someone else could try the arena, but I would really suggest against that...)

Crystal is key. I vote Ceil staff though, she can live without a tome as she'll probably use the staff more, the tome would most likely only come up in counters.

It's half their buying price -some amount for their uses. So the prelude would get us like... 10 gold lol.

I keep forgetting that gold is worth pennies here. I read ten gold and went "that's actually quite a lot" before recalling that even a vuln is worth several hundred.

Sure, I'm fine with that. Also think that buying a staff for Ceil's more important than buying a tome, since she is our primary healer.
