Uh, I think that NPC supports count the same for players, it's just that NPCs can support whoever. Unless I'm reading it wrong? It doesn't make sense to me that you could have two S supports is all.

Sword has the right of it. NPCs can ignore the headcount for supports, but players can't.

Read what I quoted in - handbook says that's the way it is. :P

That seems really dumb... Like... two S rank supports??

Okay, re-read the book and that is really weird- But okay!

Diana gets Ursa support B and Wilfort C.

If you've played Awakening, you can liken it to the Avatar's relationship with Chrom despite being married to someone else.

I mean, unless you had your avatar shack up with Chrom. Then it isn't so good an example.

NPC S ranks work differently. They provide +5... crit and dodge, I think, I closed the handbook and I don't feel like getting it back out. :P But yeah, that is kind of dumb, but OTOH there's still a lot of RP necessary to get to an S-Rank, nevermind the GM could just say 'you already got one S-Rank, you're done'.  I mean, I suppose you could have one be a life-long friend and the other the ship, unless you get in some weird triangle thing, but that's just me being me. :P

Only if the GM allows two S rank supports. Can you think of any who will? :v
Remember, GM holds final say on all supports.

Also I need to just get like three swords and two axes when Diana's a Commander and just be heavily armed as fuck. She would probably be hilarious to play as in some NoH-themed Dynasty Warriors knockoff since she would just keep flipping through weapons with each attack.

...Yeah, this is the sort of thing I think about. :P also tfw there will never be a dw-knockoff featuring every fef character to appear so far :|

I should've specialized in Crush so I could use the Regal Sword, along with the Claymore, Flamberge, and Zweihander. Would've made sense with learning Axes along the way, too. >.<

Also no Allondight and no Gram in that list for obvious reasons. ARGH

Remember, unless you get those special rank-increasing items you wouldn't be able to use either anyway.

...I suppose, but we have to find one. And the non-specialization will make it more weighty/less useful. >.<

Eh, oh well. Live and learn I guess.

If its any consolation, I doubt I would have taken Throwing axes if I had realized just how shit they are :/

Yeah, they do give up a lot in exchange for range, don't they?
