No offense, and I'm not saying Blade won't do it, but we shouldn't plan on Ansel being a Bond villain. Figuring out an escape route is at least doing something.

Yeah, I'm just hoping that the promoted units don't come where we are. No way to beat them, I think.

Right now, I'm figuring: pegusi, other way down up stairs, or secret exit, probably through a cellar. People often make a lot of ways out of a keep that they try to keep quiet about.

Because if you only have one entrance/exit without being properly prepared, Darwin's gonna be knocking on your door right quick.

Probably after you've been starved for a few months.

But then again, FE is kinda silly. Like reliance on just vanilla walls when flying units are a prevalent thing. Sometimes my SoD cracks, but that's an issue with FE in general than anything else. :v

Just sayin, Wilfort is now conscious.

And depending on whether or not Diana makes her presence known, Ansel may not come after you guys.

But he will send those promoted troops after stragglers.

Considering that I'm in a down/rez loop I don't think Diana's going to be doing much of anything for awhile. :P

I'm not saying we shouldn't do something. But right now, I'd say the more important thing to focus on is not dying before we can even come up with a plan. And honestly, I don't see a good solution here that doesn't involve killing everything facing us right now. Ansel takes 5 turns from here (assuming that the archer doesn't get in his way and he one-shots the general) to get near the throne. On the 6th enemy phase after this one he can start hitting Beltana. Throne gives her extra evade such that he doesn't autohit with most forms, plus regen, plus she has elixers. So, it takes him min 2 turns (assuming no crit) to kill her. At that point, he then needs to start coming after us, which takes him 3 turns before he can reach one of us on the next turn. So that means, minimum, we have 10 turns before he can even reach one of us if we didn't move at all. So, at least for a turn or two, I think we should focus on dealing with the enemies before we starting running.

(someone should ask Wilfort about a way out though. Diana's currently up, so she could ask him now before she gets downed again)

Edit: Oh, and without a crit, Ansel doesn't 1-shot the general, so that could buy us another turn

You should be on the IRC.

I mean if you really want me to do it then I will...

I think that asking about possible escape routes is still a good idea, even if it's just because of the massive amounts of enemies we're currently not doing a great job at standing up against. Or even just being like "We need to get you out of here" or something.

Edit: what's the channel again?

Hey since there are a lot of newer players in this game who don't follow the older game threads I figured it would be worth dropping in to say that ever since a few days ago we have a FEF IRC channel at irc.darkmyst.org     The channel name is #feftalk

... Damn, you're right, he can't. Ugh, ok, I guess just have Otiros move down, but leave the square next to Tyrn empty or something.

Plan
Tyrn retreat to 32-13, drop Jago on 33-13
Otiros move to 32-14, trade one set of vulns to Tyrn, vuln Tyrn

Oscar rescue Freya
Lucas moves down, fluxes the archer
Ciel moves over, heals Diana
Ursa moves down, hand axes the archer
Diana moves into the archer's position, attacks the medic.

This way, next turn on the left, Otiros can rescue Enoch and Tyrn can move down and vuln Brann.
