With Enoch and his weapon, in theory he can deal with whatever soldiers come to ruin Brann's day. Of course, he'd have to eat an attack first for that to happen, but that's assuming we do the flanking position. May be more useful to do a sort of shifting stop-gap, although that would be situational.

You'll get a heaven seal the way all NPC promotion items are obtained- via plot.

But probably the reason people are voting to sell it is the hope they can get a different promotion item in exchange. Or maybe an axe crystal or something.
