OK, so we're buying Nosferatu for Lucas. That takes us down to... 820 which leaves us with enough for 5 vulns. Give one to Freya, Oscar, and Kale since they have the highest MOV, then... hmm... dunno who to give the last two to. I guess Enoch and Otiros.
