Tar, it's dead, dude. I already explained it, and I locked it/removed the links from my sig to show that it is. Don't go poking it with a stick. :\

Nope, still a bad GM. :P Too easy on the players, can't keep up with complexities, and update slowly if ever. I wouldn't be a player in my own games.

I was(and still am) tempted to run one, but with a story that only one chapter so far and my incompetency use of map making software make it a pipe dream.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

I've given thought to running one myself as well I admit, but I have a problem with scope.

By our powers combined, we can become... A DECENT GM!

@Xan: What about the scope? Just being able to tie things together in a large setting?

I hereby give this GMing by committee idea my seal of approval. Mostly because I'm doing it.

Powder offered to assist me with enemy troop placement and force composition.

Also, Furt, your move in the main thread is invalid. Moving into a forest tile consumes extra move.

Oh, btw, writing up the next turn right now.

Well no, I believe I have a good grasp on continuity, well I hope at least. More mehcanically, Powder can probably give you an idea as he's been helping me by being a soundboard, but basically I started by just wanting to nudge a few things in the rules.

First I got rid of luck.
Then I had to fix progression because there was now a stat less.
Then I had to change classes around because some classes relied on luck for balance.
Then I said 'fuck that' and turned it into a classless system.
Then I said 'I always wanted to do a sci-fi' and am in the process of turning it into doing that.

So by now, what started as just removing freaking luck, has now turned it into a monstrosity that I can no longer even call Fire Emblem.

That's what I mean by scope. :v

I've been thinking of just reverting all of the sci-fi changes and trying to make it work medieval, then go from there. Also running an RTD first instead because running a game like this for the first time would be brutal I imagine.

Holy crap dude O_o
I guess the most obvious question is: why were you trying to get rid of luck in the first place?
