Hell, Gregor's best friend is a low-born, orphan, known murderer/thug/thief/assassin/spy who used to work for Prixima. :P Also, I was going to go Myrmidon -> Samurai for Diana, but now I'm thinking Mercenary -> Commander might be better. What do you guys think?

also i'm the princess damnit i can change the laws if i want >:3

Exactly. Class isn't all that important in these games.

Anyway, Commanders get all sorts of nifty abilities, but Mercenaries are pretty lackluster compared to Myrmidons. Samurai are seemingly all about having low health without actually dying, which could be risky. I'd say go with Commander.

Yeah, I tend to think more about character growth than actual effectiveness... ^^^; I was thinking originally that Diana was bad at battle but when she becomes a Samurai, she would conclude that arc and actually be pretty damn good at it. But then it occurs to me that the arc could be learning to accept her responsibility as a leader and really learn how to effectively command her troops in battle, and so Commander would fit. The second arc is also more fitting given how she was originally RP'd near the beginning.

Finally, being a Commander would also allow me to use Gram if we ever get it. :P

Holy shit you guys. Obviously I can never abandon this again, it'd crush y'all.

@Commander Diana: Unusual, but definitely not something I would discourage. What would we call you, Master Lord maybe?

@Gram: I have no problem telling you that you will almost certainly get your grubby mitts on most, if not all, of the legendary weapons.

Man, I've thought out very little of Enoch honestly. He's by far the most 'seat of my pants' FEF character, even beating out Rhett somehow. I'm just kinda going with it, as I've no idea how his character will go. I should probably reread the thread and bemoan that I'll need to get in the rhythm of rhyming again.

I mean, not only the age problem, but, presumably HUGE size difference

Actually, I was thinking, Sirus. How big is Ursa, anyway? I don't think I've ever said what size Diana is, but I think she's probably about 5'2 and in the 105-115 pound range. As we all know, female hotheads and tsunderes in general are small. For the lulz. :P

I never gave the guy an exact size (something in common with most of my characters, actually) but he's pretty big. Big and muscley enough to (play)wrestle bears, anyway. Dude's going Bandit -> Berserker, so...yeah.

Now I've got a mental image of Diana punching Ursa in the shoulder (to no effect) and calling him "idiot", and its a little adorable :3

Diana would probably have to throw that punch pretty far upwards to hit him. :P Dude's probably at least as big as Alexander.

Then she can punch him in the elbow, or wait for him to sit down :P

It's still my mental image and I'm sticking with it.

My mental image is more of Diana sitting on Ursa's left shoulder and pointing at some distant location past the camera/viewer with a 'let's go!' type of expression while Ursa has the upside down U eyes like Tantallos. :P

...Oh gods that's adorable.

Funny thing is, both of our mental images could happen. Mine would likely be earlier in a hypothetical relationship (when Diana is in full tsundere mode) while your's comes later.

My mental landscape is equal parts saccharine and disturbing. :P Although since Commanders can use axes, at the very least we have the basis to start a Support there with Ursa teaching her how... and possibly her teaching him how to read or write or something similar.

Yeah, that could work. It makes a lot of sense that she'd want to learn how to wield axes, so she can use that legendary weapon you and BMM42 were talking about.
