Well, since I know we're going to be talking about this eventually, I fugure I should say who I think is propably going to be able to use the Dracoshield well.
Mainly, all our resident mages have low, low defense, so I'd suggest that it go to any of them. Brann has low defense too, as does Felicia. All other characters seem to have it at the very least around 15 or so. Of them, Ursa has the lowest defense.
