Weapon uses for Chapter 8 have been recorded. Also, nerfs effective immediately.

Neeya's healing only goes out three spaces, and is only 5 points to a turn. Also, reminder that starting with the next map, if she is reduced to 0 hp, she immediately retreats and takes an injury.

Diana's rallies are now only half as effective, for the same cost.

Man, it sucks how this FEF is the one where like half the players don't like their characters and/or barely play them, because Diana is still one of my favorite characters to play.

If that's directed at me, I'm sorry. Ursa is a little tough to write for because he's uneducated and lacks a firm grip on the language, which means that I have to spend more time writing and re-writing each line of dialogue to dumb it down a little (but not too much!). Plus I'm never quite sure what he should be feeling at any particular moment: notice how he goes from kill-happy berserker to honorable fighter to angry at everything in the blink of an eye.

Plus, as anyone who's read FEF1 would know, I'm absurdly terrible when it comes to any sort of vaguely emotional dialogue >_>

No, not you in particular (although I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping for an Ursa post when I got home); if I'm being honest I really should have wrote 'everyone but me and Swordstar and maybe Haspen, since trying to get conversation out of my fellow players in even the beginning of the game was about as hard as pulling teeth'. I've heard that CE doesn't like Ciel, for example, and you've said (even just now) that writing for Ursa is difficult. I was mainly lamenting that it seems like everyone dumped their hard to write for characters or character concepts they turned out not to like in this game, since it features one of my favorite to play characters (not FEF characters, I mean all of 'em I've ever played) so there's not as much as I can do with her. Selfish, I know, but I have a hard time not saying what I'm thinking/not putting my foot in my mouth.

I try not to think too much about what I write before I write it, myself. Sometimes that leads to odd inconsistencies because I don't remember things a character has said and done (as I've referenced before with Chris's ever-changing past ) but it usually feels right as long as I'm in the character's state of mind. ^^^

That's my sad attempt at giving advice, anyway.
